I placed my order back in April. It is now June 29, and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. The total lack of communication is appalling; I’ve received zero updates, and my inquiries via e-mail/Instagram are being completely ignored. This is hands-down the worst service I have ever experienced. Save your money and stay far away from this company — they are utterly unreliable and unprofessional.

I placed my order in April and was expected to receive my order by June 6 according to the details I received when ordering the item. It is now June 17 and I have not received my item. I also paid the customs amount which was not clarified upon purchase of the item, this is over and above what I initially paid, and I still haven’t received my order. I am very disappointed with the service as you get no response or updates on where your item is. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We ordered 2 months ago the order was super late and there was no intimidation given to me. It was super inconvenient and when i emailed and asked to the website chat it about the same there was no response. The delivery has also not been done yet.

Horrible communication radio silence and after 3 months still didn’t get what i ordered and had to get refund through my bank.

I did not receive the product - i ordered a silver bracelet. I placed the order in December and it is now going to be May. This company has stolen my money. I tried emailing and communicating with the seller many times but got no response. This seller is a scam, never buy from there.

Total SCAM. Ordered back in November and never received the product or replies regarding my order. ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT BUY. Terrible customer communications.

Don't order from this person. She provides no updates and doesn't even ship your order. I ordered something as a graduation gift and it didn't come at all and it's been 7 months now. No matter how many times I reach out through email, instagram dm and tiktok she just doesn't respond. She's taking people's hard earned money and not giving the product.

Worst of the worst never received my order

I ordered in July 2025 and still haven’t gotten my package, whenever I try to reach out about it I get ignored or have to literally email using other people’s emails just to get a response.

My item was never delivered and I got no updates on my order and i lost a lot of money and didn’t get it back when I asked for a refund so the seller is a scammer

Gorgeous necklace and definitely worth the price.

I bought my mom and brother some presents from this shop. It got here fairly quickly considering weather and Christmas rush and came in perfect condition. The items are in perfect condition and were loved by my mom and brother.
