Art By Montfort Recensioni

I’m sorry to say that ‘Greetings’ was the artwork I reluctantly chose for my coastal-themed living room. This was my second (and final) purchase from Montford Art, and I was completely let down by the subpar quality of the painting and their lack of interest in customer input. They didn’t ask for my approval before shipping, and even though I suggested a couple of adjustments, nothing was done.
This really disappointed me. The company doesn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction at all.
I definitely won’t be coming back for a third painting!

So expensive and not anything special. Sold it after and only got a forth of the price. No returns after 30 days and I didn’t receive it until after then. The worst.

This company stands by their work and reputation. They sent pictures of the painting for approval and modified the painting as requested until satisfaction was met. The final product is just beautiful! I highly recommend them!

they didnt shipped me the correct order and took the money for the whole last order, nothing to call and say whats wrong

I was very nervous about the review and modification process. The first time I was asked to review the painting, I was surprised that the color was much more vivid than the sample painting on the website. I requested that the painting be darkened, and then I though it was too dark. After the third revision the painting was perfect.

Greetings is the name of the art piece I chose for my Coastal living room. This is my 2nd purchase from Montford Art and I am so impressed by the quality of the painting but also they ask your approval prior to shipping. Both times I asked for a couple of things to be added to the paintings and it was done.
This impressed me! The company wants you to be completely satisfied with their paintings.
I will return for a 3rd painting!

Loving it! The artist is incredibly talented and the piece reached me in no time. They took time and good care about the safety of the shipment too.

Beautiful piece of artwork! They were great about sending updates and proofs of work for me to approve along the way. Very excited to display such a beautiful piece of art!

My piece arrived yesterday, its called vibrance. It looks really nice I suggest you take a look. The price/quality ratio is out of this world. Clean job!

I bought a painting "Fantasy". The colors are beautiful and vivid. It is a perfect addition to my home office, to break the monotony. It looks exactly as shown on the website. I didn't have issues. The package arrived fast and it was very well secured. The artwork is obviously high-quality. I will order again.

They really put effort into making you feel like a human, and not an order number. The experience is personal and customer support is great!

I have ordered from this gallery 5 or 6 times. Never had any issue. I'm a big fan of their artists but I just wish they had more paintings on the website and more options for frames. But they do custom requests so you can send them painting you like and have it made just for you.

Great interactive experience and quality art. I was able to work with the artist by email to ask questions and customize. Excellent packaging and shipping.

With a wide range of prices suitable for everyone, they truly made art simple and accessible to purchase. Excellent and prompt service. You have earned my respect and admiration. I'm thinking if making a new buy again.

I bought the art by montfort painting. The quality is nice. Price is good for such quality and the shipping was fast, under 2 weeks a few days. Thanks!

The customer service was very helpful, and they helped us pick two paintings. We sent them photos of our home, and we ended up purchasing the paintings they suggested.

Great experience with Art by Montfort 2nd time around! I never share reviews but after they reached out to me I had to. You won't be disappointed doing business with this company. Many thanks!

Love the original hand painted art. Especially love the inclusivity they offer, regarding the sizes. I got in touch with john before i made my order, because i needed my piece in the size that wasn't offered on the website. Turns out - they can make it in any size you want! Another thing is - you can request different colors on your piece so if you like a painting but the colors don't match your interior - go for it!! It feels even more special having 100% one-of-a-kind painting in my living room. I got patchy for our living room and endless beach for my daughters' room.
