I only get one item at this time, So the other item I am still waiting on. It's now very late. Delivery service was a massive very let down on.

art.com has a huge selection of quality wall artwork. Prices are reasonable and packaging for shipment is excellent (great protection from damage). Once again, I purchased a frameless, stretched canvas print for another bathroom remodel. I’m very pleased with the purchase.

Been a customer for years. Reliable prints!

I love the print, mat and frame. I dislike the cheap sawtooth hanger, especially on large framed pieces.

I paid for quick delivery and still do not have it

DHL never left an undeliverable notice because I wasn't home to sign for the item. Now I have no idea where the print is and DHL hasn't contacted me in any way as to where I could physically pick it up. Very disappointed. Hopefully it will be returned to Art.com and I will be refunded or better, they will resend it with a more reliable courier.

Product was as expected and arrived as scheduled. However packaging was damaged.

Came like expected. Very protected and wrapped up. No dust, scuffs, smudges, scrapes, or anything of that matter. Also came earlier than said.

Final project was exactly what I wanted.
Good selection of pictures. Frame is done well. Arrived earlier than expected. Decent price.

Amazing customer service! My order was damaged during shipping, so I reached out to Customer Service and Syed Z. promptly replied with a kind message and resolved the issue quickly. I was so appreciative of the professional response & actions taken. I love my new artwork & can tell you from previous purchases that not only is their artwork beautiful and well made, but also the company itself is excellent.

The glass is very glaring, I picked the premium options and spent a lot, I thought it would be better glass. Lesson learned. Thank you

I still haven't received the picture I ordered. It was never delivered to me. Fed Ex was no help. You have my payment, but I don't have my order.

The print was securely wrapped for shipping, and the frame, though wider than I thought it would be, is a stunning accent. Looks perfect in its place among the other abstracts on the wall.

Framed pictures arrived broken twice but they promptly took care of the issues. Excellent customer service. Just be aware, quality is not that great for the framed wall art and the price they charge.

This was not inexpensive - but very pleased with the result. Frame fits the print well - and is solid. Fast delivery

I had been excited to receive my order of 36x54 inch 2001: A Space Odyssey Premium Giclee Print. That is, until I opened the package.

First of all the right edge of the print was badly creased, rendering it undisplayable. The poster had been packaged by rolling it around a poster tube, inserting it into a long rectangular box and stuffing construction paper into the spaces. Almost guaranteed to damage the poster.

Secondly, the quality of the print was just awful. This was supposed to be a premium print. What I received was a faded, pixelated facsimile of the original poster. Totally unacceptable. Clearly the resolution of the original image was not good enough for a print of this size and Art.com should not have been offering it for sale.

Customer service was good in fairly promptly providing a full refund when I sent them photos of the item. But they offered no explanation for why a substandard item was offered in the first place. I suspect a small print might be of acceptable quality, depending on your needs, but I don’t know and won’t be finding out. Buyer beware.

I received 3 of the 4 prints I ordered on June 18. The prints which were sold as "Sepia tone" came in a very vivid green. I asked for replacement photos to be sent in the correct Sepia color. I did not receive the female figure at all. I requested a replacement print of that too. I contacted art.com support by email on June 24 and haven't heard back. I expected a return email at least stating that my email had been received and someone was working on it. Order # 2001699782
Shipment ID 51483332. I plan to followup with a phone call. Unfortunately this is very disappointing since I'm afraid the replacements will not arrive in time for my open house.
