Absolutely Fantastic 🥰
My near 7 year old goes to weekly classes & holiday clubs. Loves it!! Emma and the team are so dedicated, passionate and great teachers. I can always see progress weekly and some really lovely projects completed. Looking forward to next term!

Thank you so much for your kind words - it is wonderful to see how "E' has been developing her projects both in the term time classes and holiday workshops etc - especially as she loved her Day and Night project from the workshops :) which she was inspired to create her very own Jungle and City theme piece of artwork. I have also loved her term time project such as the landscape or elephant project :) . During your child's session, concerns arose that had not been fully apparent to us beforehand. As soon as these became clear, we contacted you by phone, text and email and put exceptional measures in place to support your child's wellbeing and safety during the workshop.
On this occasion, the resources allocated to our priorities, meant we could not maintain the service, and the service became unsustainable for all.
We appreciate that this outcome was disappointing for both you and your child. We sincerely wish you success in finding an activity that provides the environment and support that best meets their needs and allows them to enjoy being creative with confidence.
art-K supports many students with a wide range of diagnosis by contacting parents who disclose them in advance, to ensure our low pupil-to-teacher ratios will allow us to provide a high level of individual attention while maintaining an environment that encourages creativity, exploration and self-expression within the studio environment of paints and brushes.
Art-K Putney holiday workshop
My child loved the whole day and came home with some Beautiful paintings that will definitely be framed! The staff were warm and caring and helped guide her when she needed inspiration.

Over the moon!!
My 9 year old Daughter has been attending for almost a year and has enjoyed every session. It’s the best part of her week which she tells me often. She talks endlessly about her artistic inspirations and what she will be doing in her next session. She loves the class settings, the team and the projects. I can see that she has grown in confidence and she is flourishing in artistic flare. My daughter has had a few tough years at school with bullying and Emily’s art-k class has really helped her and her mental stability. It has been one place where she has been able to feel she could escape and she even told me that it helps her to feel happy-her happy place. As a parent, I am so grateful that there are classes like this. I feel it’s so important to be able to create, be inspired and to be able to follow your dreams. This is one place where my daughter is able to follow her dreams in a happy and safe environment.
When my daughter first started, I was happily surprised to see that the projects are artist based so the students not only learn about artists but also new techniques and ways of working with different media.
Emily, is always enthusiastic and encouraging as are the other staff. The classroom is bright, colourful and full of ideas and other students work and the pupils are always welcomed in every session. Each session, pupils who have finished a project are congratulated on their work which they get to take home.
We now have a wall for my daughter’s art and if I could give more than 5 out of 5 for Art-k Bexleyheath - I would!

We are overjoyed to hear how much your daughter looks forward to her art classes each week and our space become her “happy place.” We try our best to make our studio a safe space we aim to have for our young artist to enjoy and express themselves creativity, in and beyond the studio space.

It was a pleasure to teach your daughter yesterday and I am so pleased she enjoyed the session and you loved her creation. She learned to blend acrylic paints and use watercolours to paint her moon and cat using a wet on wet technique. Her confidence built through the session and it would be really lovely to see her again at our workshops or weekly term-time classes. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review.

Nicki attended a morning workshop during the summer holidays and enjoyed it so much she came back for the afternoon.
She's very proud of her artwork and is really keen to return and book two days so she can do a clay project.

Best art class there is!
My daughter has been going to art-K for several years. She's done the classes in London and now in Bristol. She loves it and it's the only art class she wanted to attend continuously. The teachers are all well trained and super lovely. What I really like is how they are not just about techniques but also about having fun and following your own creativity. Maybe one day I'll attend an adult class too!

It has been absolutely wonderful getting to know 'K' over her time here and also seeing how her confidence has grown in both techniques but also the ideas within the projects as well. My son recently attended an art holiday club and really enjoyed it. He came home with a beautiful pottery creation (amongst others). Staff were really helpful. Would certainly book again

Such a lovely art class
My 6 year old daughter has attended the last 2 mornings with Alana and she absolutely loved it. She was nervous to attend as she hadn’t been before, but Alana reassured us both and she ended up loving her teacher and the class itself. She came home with beautiful art work each time and is already bugging me about booking her back for more classes soon

Summer Exhibition Opportunity
We are really looking forward to the Summer Exhibition in London. Not only has our daughter had the opportunity to believe that she can take part in something like this so young, she has also designed/ collaborated with another member of her class forging a new friendship! Art-K have kept us informed of all their upcoming events and shared details, staff are always taking time for a chat after class. There is excellent email/ message communication and we truly appreciate that the money we spend with them wholly benefits our child. Art-K offers the development of skills that we sought and a safe, social outlet for our teenage daughter to thrive as a young person. Thank you again!

The teachers are all patient & knowledgeable, they have encouraged her to try so many different techniques & she is always incredibly proud of her resulting artworks.

That is amazing to hear and thank you so much for sharing. It is great to see how "B" works and develops from the plan to the final piece. They always look so alike which is lovely to see. I adored her clay bowl with the cabin, waterfall and butterfly. Well done :) I look forward what she does next term, I also feel that she has come out of her shell a lot more and more confident in her whole persona in delivering her ideas to final pieces and confidence interracting with others too :) which is lovely to see. Great weekend and evening activity for kids
The staff are always supportive and encouraging of the children and their projects; and their positivity is infectious. The children learn many different techniques through a surprisingly wide range of different projects, and it's always amazing to see what they've done each week. Art-K is the highlight of our child's week!

Art K is a wonderful environment for my daughter! She loves arts & crafts and has produced numerous amazing projects which she’s enjoyed creating and have developed her art work/skills to another level. Every Saturday she’s excited to go, it’s so rewarding for her.
