I was recommended Art Gen AI by another AI service and was under the impression it was a leading platform for AI image and video generation.
Unfortunately the output quality was extremely poor compared with platforms like Luma, Flux and Google’s AI tools. Subscribing was a mistake. I went to cancel and there was no option.
Reading through other reviews, it’s clear my experience wasn’t unique. Many customers describe the same issues: difficulty locating the cancellation option, support emails going unanswered and recurring charges continuing despite repeated attempts to cancel.
What concerns me just as much are the company’s public responses on here. Nearly every reply is the same generic template that thanks the customer but fails to address the actual complaint. Customers are repeatedly told the cancellation instructions are in the Terms of Service, yet the terms themselves don’t explain how to cancel - they simply refer to the Privacy Policy which says subscriptions can be cancelled through “account tools.” Rather than providing a clear explanation, customers are left navigating a vague and confusing loop.
Art Gen AI knowingly hid the cancel option until recently and then have hid behind a carefully-crafted statement on here, blaming people for failing to read their instructions.

great audio quality and worthwhile features
really solid platform overall. i tested the ai music generation and while the generated tracks were a bit on the shorter side, the audio quality was actually really good. the site is definitely worth using, though access to some of the most advanced ai models can feel a bit pricey if you're on a tight budget. still a 4-star experience!

Fantastic 3D Generator & High Quality
Love the variety of features available here. The 3D model generator created fantastic results, even though I had to spend a little extra time converting the files to make them ready for 3D printing. The advanced AI models are a bit expensive for heavy daily use, but given the quality you get, the site is still well worth it.

powerful tools, though slightly overwhelming for beginners
there's no deniying this platform is packed with top-tier AI capability, but as a total newcomer, i found the interface a little overwelming initially. having so many models and generation settings available upfront can be intimidating if you just want something quick and simple. it's a great tool once you master it, but the initial learning curve is definately there.

feature-rich platform with a bit of a learning curve
the site offers an insane ammount of powerful tools and model options, which is amazing, but it was honestly a bit complex for me to figure out at first as an older user. there are just so many features and toggles to tweak! once my nephew showed me around, i realized how capable it is, but it might take begginers or seniors a little time to get used to the depth of options.

Not good. Over time your money buys fewer and fewer credits. Impossible to see how to reduce payments or cancel your subscription.
Image generation frequently fails and then, sometimes, you are not refunded properly.
Avoid and try an alternative.
I can't reply to their reply so I will put the information here:
I cannot see any of the options they claim are there (I have screenshots but I cannot show them on Trustpilot).

Impressive 3D Models (Just Mind the Printing Conversion)
The 3D model maker tool on this site is genuinely impressive and generated some high-quality assets for me. My only slight issue was that I didn't realize I had to do a bit of file format conversion before sending them over to my 3D printer. Once I figured that step out, everything printed great, but a quick heads-up on the site would be helpful!

Seamless User Experience & Subscription
I’ve tried a few AI platforms before, but this one is by far the most straightforward. The layout is clean and everything makes sense right away. Toggling between different AI models depending on what I’m generating (image vs video) is super smooth. Also, canceling or upgrading subscriptions can usually be a headache on other sites, but managing my plan here was totally seamless. Highly recommend!

Great platform with a very solid model behind it. The lighting and shading in the generations look way more realistic than what I’ve gotten from standard generators. Definitely worth checking out if you want high-quality digital assets.

Honestly surprised by how fast the rendering is. Usually, high-resolution generations take ages or freeze up, but Art-Gen is incredibly smooth. The variations it creates from a single prompt give you so many great directions to work with. Highly recommend it for concept art.

I’ve tried quite a few AI art…
I’ve tried quite a few AI art generators over the last year, but this one is definitely staying in my bookmarks. The upscaling quality is fantastic and it doesn't distort the smaller details like facial features or text style as much as other tools do. Very clean interface too.
