Really can’t fault Arshachu
Really can’t fault Arshachu. They had an influx of weird scalpers bots who decided to leave bad reviews just because there was some delays on orders.
1. It’s just 1 person fulfilling so many orders on their own
2. They have uni and are trying to juggle that with this community, it’s tough.
Arshachu is great and always tries his best. Be patient and trust the process. Always will come back to him. Thanks again!

Would give zero stars if I could
Terrible customer service, did not recieve any updates about my order for days, and was insulted when I asked for an update. When the ETB finally arrived the seal had a tear and the box was dented. I was denied any compensation.

Another Fantastic Order!
Always had fantastic experiences with Arshachu, whether that is buying from his store or buying from his stream on WhatNot, never ever had an issue!
Received one of my WhatNot orders today and the legend even included a couple of packs of Japanese Mega that I wasn’t expecting!
Great prices and always looks after his customers!
On another note, I’ve noticed Arshachu has received countless bad feedback all posted within an hour of each other which is a load of nonsense!
We can chat on WhatNot Stream and no one has ever voiced discontent with Arshachu!
Fantastic supplier of Pokemon at amazing prices and I will continue to shop here :)

Slow shipping but amazing wrapping!
I tried to order something from this guy but he told me that "he was busy with GCSEs". Are you running a Pokémon business or are you concentrating on exams? I'd have gone elsewhere if I know you were going to take ages to order. I waited weeks for my order and when it got here it was perfect. 5/5 experience!

We take feedback very seriously, but we’d like to clarify a few points.
Our pricing is always set transparently. We get very limited stock from distributors, as is the case with many other stores. We sell some of our products at market pricing, which is typical with all products in all industries, and we are certainly not the only ones in this one! We also offer a portion of our stock lines at 'RRP', mainly to previous customers to reward loyalty.
Regarding your mention of “bragging in investment chats,” we would like to request further clarification and any evidence you may have. We are not sure what you are referring to, and without specific details it is difficult for us to properly investigate or address your concern.
Finally, we would also like to request further clarification regarding the “question” you claim to have asked. In particular, we would like to understand the context of this interaction and why you felt our response was “hostile,” as this does not reflect the way we conduct ourselves with customers.

Hiya, please send us an email with the evidence you would like to provide, thanks. Regarding your point of 'other stores scalp', please also provide some further information. The definition of 'scalper' is someone looking for a quick profit. When market price was below retail, no one complained, however when it's above retail, suddenly all stores are scalpers?

Clearly, this user has nothing better to do than harass random stores online that they have nothing to do with. They, and a group of other people have left an orchestrated lot of fake reviews which are not based on true experiences. Clearly, they are refusing to show the 'evidence' that they have because it simply does not exist!
Please note, you can't leave a review to complain about pricing. Our pricing is cheaper than many many other stores, and if you'd like to complain about ours, why aren't you complaining about theirs?

edit to the store reply:
store asked for proof of order, which i provided then proceed to call my review not genuine. i purchased booster box that got cancled with a lame excuse only for the shop to proceed to do a rip and ship with these booster boxes at scalper's prices.
if my review is not genuine as u claim then it will deleted by trust pilot :D good luck on the shady practice.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy:
Orders are never “held hostage.” All stock is listed transparently, and if an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, it is promptly cancelled and fully refunded. In the case of any stocking errors due to website errors, the customer is informed promptly and the order is cancelled.
We do not cancel orders to manipulate prices. Any cancellation is done only when necessary, and customers are never left out of pocket. This would be an extremely risky & self-sabotaging move, and we would gain nothing from it.
Professionalism: We take customer service seriously, and the claims in this review do not reflect how we operate.
We always welcome **genuine** feedback so we can improve, but we also ask that comments remain factual. If this is based on a true experience, please provide some further information.
