Order made one month ago and it not yet sended. feels scam company.

I never received this jacket.

Wrong jacket sent again , it is not Tom Brady Wild Card Playoff Leather Jacket… This one has fur cuffs , fur trim at bottom ,, no zipper cuffs…

Based on some few reviews online. I was doubtful purchasing from this company but also couldn’t find the same item anywhere else at a decent price.
I took the chance and ordered my jacket and I must say I was VERY HAPPY with my order.
It was a good experience, Quality was great, Communication good by their team.
Did take a couple days extra to get the jacket but postage is not in everyone’s control.
I would definitely recommend Arsenal Jackets.

Bought this for my husband’s birthday, and he’s barely taken it off. He’s usually a Large but I got him an XL so he could wear his kit underneath, and it fits him perfectly. The gold detailing on the badge is such a nice touch. Shipping as also way faster than I expected.

Arsenaljackets was a much greater experience. Feels like very good quality. Arrived in the time that was projected.

I purchased a colts crucial catch hoodie and it was not cheap. The site said the warehouse was in Great Britain. The picture of it is beautiful. A very sharp looking great quality item but it ended up being made in China and coming from Dubai and it’s simply pressed on letters and symbols. It is by no means the quality you see in the picture or expect when you purchase a hoodie for $100

I Googled for a jacket I saw actress Helen Hunt wear in the series "Hacks." The exact jacket came up and I was excited to order it even though some reviews said the company was shady. I paid $154 but then the next day I got an email from a company called Belmont Wears that showed an image of a completely different jacket. They said it was just an accident when I emailed them. However, my credit card bill showed Belmont Wears for $159 instead of the $154 that I agreed to.

The jacket showed up about three weeks later. The leather is nice and the quality seems good. However, I then received a bill for $16 from UPS for import tariffs. I searched the internet to make sure it was legit and it was. I went ahead and paid it, but it would have been better for Arsenal Jackets to mention that there would be additional fees.

Excellent product came in a timely manor. Good quality. Excellent customer care service. Would shop again no issues

Did not receive coat. Called and was promised coat. Now phone isn’t working.

Orders on December 5th for my grand kid a jacket. Charged me. Said 12 t o14 days.

Now is January 2, 2026

No Jacket . no money.

TOTAL FRAUD!!
TOTAL FRAUD!!! I orders 6 weeks ago. Charged in fill + international fee I was not notified of, Never received tracking info, never received product. Multiple attempts to contact via chat, email phone. Someone finally responded to chat and told me the order # - that they sent me- was wrong!?!? Just filed dispute with AMEX to reverse the charges. Save yourself the headache!
