The Technician
The Technician, Irvin Guerrero was very efficient and was in contact with me regarding his arrival time to do the work on my air conditioner, 8/15/26. The communication with the office on 8/14, when the trouble started with my AC, was very poor. I was told 3 different times regarding the person who was arriving to check out the problem I was having. Irvin finally arrived after 9PM. Checked the problem and told me exactly what needed to be done and he would be here 8/15. That he would call around 9am to give me his arrive time. He called on time and was in contact with me until his arrival time, 8/15, which was 9:45am. The work is complete. Shirley Zeiner
