We used them for a backyard party and honestly, I was impressed. The units were surprisingly clean and didn't stink up the yard at all. Setup was super quick and the team was really friendly. Definitely my go-to from now on!
I'm a little disappointed with this company. When I first called, they answered right away, but after I made the payment, I had a very hard time getting ahold of anyone. Calls went unanswered, and I didn’t receive any call backs. I even had to call from a different number just to get someone to pick up. They did respond to emails, but the communication by phone was frustrating.
On the day of delivery, they arrived late in the afternoon. We ordered a porta potty and a wash station. The porta potty was filled correctly with about five gallons of water and blue chemical, but the wash station was only filled with roughly 12–13 gallons of water total. Our event had about 40 people, and there was no way that small amount would last. Sure enough, halfway through the event, the wash station ran out of water.
I ended up having to personally fill up four 5-gallon buckets of water just to keep it usable. If the wash station had been properly filled in the first place, I shouldn't have had to step away from my own event to do their job. It was very disappointing and felt like poor service.
The price was good, but the service did not match. I’m not sure if I’ll be using them again next year.
I rented the porta potty for a residential party, which was supposed to be delivered on Friday, May 16 from 2 to 3 PM. I had the resident wait there between that time before she went back to work. No one ever showed up nor called. No one ever said it was going to be delivered at 9 o’clock at night!!!! that was an inconvenience and that was very inconsiderate of this company not to notify me I had to call twice the headquarters and also the person that was delivering our Porta potty three times. Sergio was his name letting me know it would be delivered at 6:30, 630 came around still no one showed up nor called, the delivery guy at 8:15 Said they were on their way down the street they said, never showed up then they text me saying there were 25 minutes away finally 9 o’clock at night so frustrating and upset never again so disappointed. First and last .
