I ordered some products from this company and needed further information, but no one answers the phone and they don’t respond to emails either. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid them.

Mosquito Repellent …
I bought the citronella and lemongrass spray as I always get bitten by mosquitoes if they’re around and wanted to try something natural to see if that worked. Just got back from our holiday and no bites for the first time ever. Also much nicer scent than the chemical sprays I’ve used in the past. Thank you

I've brought stuff from these people…
there is a reason that retailers don't use PayPal and this company is proof
I sent them proof but still they have an excuse for every bad review.
I sent them proof they are lying about there product. its says nothing anywhere that they have changed there formula
so they are selling what used to be a good product I've brought stuff from these people before through Amizon do not buy the bigger over 100ml as its beed diluted yet they don't tell you and they don't pay for the return so its cheaper to buy the smaller quantities when I provide proff they still denied its diluted I would swear clear if I were you they did offer me a 50 % reduction but I refused at its not the same stuff and the smell is far les pungent

We understand that fragrance is very personal, and this change may not have been to your taste.
Throughout our communication, we did our best to be helpful, offering both a return and a partial refund (without you needing to return the oil) to make things right. We always aim to treat every customer fairly and appreciate honest feedback like yours, as it helps us improve.

I always get my scents from here and they never disappoint! I'm always complimented about how good my products smell because of the scents I buy from here.
The customer service is excellent too! Any time I have had order issued they always come through and solve it for me.

What an excellent service
What an excellent service; I ordered during the day and by the afternoon had notification that it was on its way. The Postman delivered it a couple of days later - I used ordinary not express delivery. The goods were well wrapped as not to break in transit and the address was clear. The items I received were really good quality and would definitely recommend and personally use them again
