Not great, delivery was said to happen on friday and instead turned one day early, luckily someone was in.
Only part of the delivery turned up so was missing another piece of wood, chased the company numerous times and then they eventually refunded the money.

will be giving this company a wide berth from now on.

IF ZERO WAS AN OPTION THEN IT WOULD BE !

Stated 7-10 days delivery.. No email of confirmation for delivery .. no updates .. no replies to emails chasing order ... No return phone calls with updates.. I requested to speak to a manager call rings out...
Request a manager calls me no call back.

I called on 10th day chasing update told will be another week ...

Just called now ( 11th day as still no call back ) to cancel my order and the guy on phone is not bothered ...

Just shows what a company this is.

Customer service is appalling !.

No quibble replacement of broken slabs on deluvery. Efficient delivery. Helpful drivers. Good customer service.

3 weeks for the delivery of a lintel ,hopefully will get delivered within this time ?
2 weeks stated was already alot. if all building materials would take so long to arrive when would anyone be finished with their project?

The delivery of 10 very heavy concrete paving slabs was very prompt and conveniently placed in my garden.

Sadly I discovered one of the slabs had broken in transit. Armstrong Cheshire replaced it for me in a day or so, with minimal fuss.

I'd be very happy to use them again.

Failed to answer my emails asking when my item would be shipped. Tried calling also but a recorded message said we are not currently taking calls. Hardly the outstanding Customer Service that you claim to have.

I ordered slabs from B&Q Milton Keynes on 16th April which were supplied by AC due to slow delivery I had to cancel. B&Q confirmed cancellation BUT the delivery was attempted on May 1st I had to refuse it due to the cancellation. I am still waiting for refund.

Delivery was great , however I ordered projoint 410 and you sent me projoint 420 . I'm not sure what the difference is but I used it any way . I used it on my slate patio .

So , the projoint 420 has done what I wanted it to and put a nice sheen on my patio . Even better is it is now easier to wash down with the hose . In particular bird s*** rinses away .
Will buy this product again when required 👍

If we could give you less than 1 then we would. I received an email to say that delivery would take place yesterday between 08h00 and 18h30. I stayed home to accept the delivery. And it’s now more than 24hours later with no telephone call or delivery. Then I get this message to rate the delivery on Trust Pilot! How ridiculous!

7 days have past have had no contact so I phoned up was told someone would call NOTHING ?

This was one of the best companies to order from. I ordered online on the B&Q app, so easy to do and the first time I had ordered a bulk bag of pebbles online, this was something my husband had previously handled but he passed away in October last year.

The communication from Armstrong Cheshire was excellent and I received my order within a few days. I was informed of the delivery date via email and then on the day the driver was so helpful and off loaded the bulk bag to the exact spot I had asked him to, to allow me and others still to use my driveway.
Would recommend this company to everyone and 3/hands down exceptional customer service.

Very disappointed as the delivery was made two hours later than we were told on the phone. We had had to leave for an appointment so left a large note stuck to the door asking for the goods to be left by our garage. The delivery driver totally ignored our request (we could see the video on ou Ring app) and just dumped the delivery on the grass verge outside our property. Not impressed!

Ordered 3 bulk bags of gravel via Amazon. Got it delivered within reasonable time, the only negative thing is that the delivery guy didn't bother to contact or come to the reception to ask where we needed it to be unloaded. He decided to leave all the bags at the end of the day park when the gravel was needed in the front of the building. We had no idea that had been delivered. Also he leftvthe delivery notes inside of one of the bags.

Quality of product very good. APC slow to deliver.

Item when ordered said ship Wed/Thur/Fri direct from mnaufacturer. Turns out it will be the follwing week. No notificatinon. Little point in giving a delivery schedule and not sticking to it. On contacting the office they were very helpful to sort out the shipping asap and at least acknowledged the web error which they were going to correct. Item arrived as promised and is as described.

Arrived on time with a very helpful driver who lifted the gravel into the garden where it was needed. I had great communication through the buying process and delivery.
