Good quality product at a reasonable price - 2 reasons for the 3 stars, the first is I had to chase the order delivery as nothing arrived and was only then told there had been issues with deliveries. The second reason, having placed the order I had continual emails telling me to secure the order to avoid disappointment and to click a link back to the order - i think this was a result of having visited the site prior and left it in the basket. Either way it added to the confusion of whether they were actioning the order or not.

Would use again as it all got sorted in the end but that was more down to me chasing than proactive efforts of AC.

Delivery was as expected, good firm.

The ordering was easy and the deliveries that I had were fine. The delivery drivers were also fine communication because the delivery was late was very very poor when I spoke to customer service they didn’t like what I had to say that everything that you’ve got in your exclusions for getting out of responsibility goes in your favour and not the customers as soon as there’s a problem you go back to. We expect you to be in all day this night and the other basically you don’t care what the customer has to go through. It’s all about getting you out of a tight spot.

Ordered some Insulation on the 2nd of September, tried for a couple of days to phone to get information on delivery time, eventually got through to find out it would take to the next week, cancelled the order, and yet they still tried to deliver the order despite me sending emails, very bad at customer service

Product competitively priced but with being a non stocked item delivery was delayed by approximately 3weeks beyond advertised delivery which caused a delay in the project the only negative really might be worth amending the delivery it was chased up a few times by the staff but worth the wait in the end

When i rang to arrange a delivery, i was told there was a delay, to which i said i wasnt told that when i ordered! However, the chap Peter said he would have a look and see what he could do. He managed to bring delivery forward which was great. Delivery driver was polite but there was 1 broken concrete sleeper and 2 that were missng its other half. On phoning up, i was advised 3 replacements would be sent out. Im happy to report they actually sent 5, which was more than acceptable! Would recommend Armstrong Bowland. A happy customer🙂

Armstrong Cheshire Supplies provided excellent service. The delivery was earlier than scheduled, but that certainly wasn’t a problem. The delivery driver was very polite and helpful. I honestly, as far as my experience goes, cannot think of anything I would change. Once again, excellent service.

Never received goods, delivery company got turned away after being told the product was no longer needed, phone calls, voicemail and emails all ignored! Wouldn't bother placing any more orders if that's the kind of experience I'm going to get!

Quick to find product and place order and then received call to advise item not in stock but alternative had been found. Handler went and checked that sizes were the same and messaged to confirm before finalising order. Excellent service

Easy to order good product competitive price helpful staff

Quality goods were delivered promptly and driver placed them as close as possible to where we needed them.

Purchased marine ply boards via Amazon. They were advertised in pack of 2. I needed 6 in total so ordered 3 packs. Only 3 boards were delivered in one pack. Emailed Armstrong Cheshire re this and the issue was looked into and swiftly rectified with the other 3 boards sent with in a few days. Was kept updated through the process. Quality product and great customer service. Thanks Fred
