My company is creating an online business from Singapore. As such, we had procured an IT software from ARM MLM from India 1 over month ago. today date, 17 Jan 2021.

It is those off the shelf system that are supposed to pluck and play. They promised to deliver the product and payment is required upfront. They also promised to help rectify the item if any IT issues occurs but till date, they are still rectifying the problems.

They offered the gpay system and we decided to add on. After payment, they mentioned they had not done any of such integration thus they needed more time to rectify the integration. How can a company sell a system that is non operational and kept asking the client to wait? it has been coming 2 months now and i still do not have an operational system.

We had asked for refund on multiple occasions due to the loss of trust from the company as they failed to deliver but were rejected. The product is still incomplete. This results in my company delaying the operations and loss of clients.
