ARMCANDY BAG CO Recensioni

Would like to recommend Armcandy to anyone thinking of buying something. I purchased an Louis Vuitton mini palmsprings and the service was excellent from start to finish. My item was even better than described it’s looks new. Quick delivery, packaged very well. Excellent experience 😊

Absolutely delighted with the bag I've just purchased from Armcandy Bag Co. The selling YouTube video and description was spot on. I was kept updated and the parcel was sent safely and received within a couple of days. I've bought and sold bags through Armcandy Bag Co and have always been happy with the excellent service provided. Thank you Tamara

I have bought previously from AC and thought to try them as a seller. Both Tamara and Izzy were easy and very friendly to deal with (this is a big plus for me - they were excited and loved my bag as much as I did- and it showed through their communication)
I also looked forward to seeing my bag come
live with the video. I nearly wanted it back!

I would strongly recommend using them as they take care of everything from receiving the item. Seamless transaction and very approachable.

Thank you ladies x

A good first time experience with Armcandy. They responded to my emails within a reasonable time frame when I queried about another bag I was interested in on their website. When my package came, it was in a well packaged box- no plastic used for those that care about reducing the usage of plastic. My bag was wrapped in its dust bag. The bag was exceptionally good quality. You cannot tell that it's a pre-loved bag. A lovely surprise was hidden in the package which was some lovely lindt chocolate and a hand written note. Overall an unforgettable experience. Will definitely purchase again should something on their website catch my fancy. Thank you Armcandy.

I've recently purchased a bag from Arm Candy Bag Co online, which has been really convenient for me as I don't live close to the shop. The YouTube videos are great and definitely make buying online alot easier.
It was so lovely to receive my bag with a personal message inside and a little treat.
I'm looking forward to purchasing my next bag from Arm Candy!

What a Brilliant Service - I can honestly say that my experience was second to none.
I first became aware of Armcandy Bag Co when I stumbled across the shop in Market Harborough a few months ago. Being curious, I went in and had such a lovely chat with Tamara. What impressed me immediately was the way she cared about the quality of the bags being sold - but more importantly than that - I could see she genuinely cared about her customers getting the bag of their dreams.
I immediately signed up to receive updates of new bags as they arrived and quickly learnt that - if you see a bag you want – grab it quickly before it gets snapped up by someone else.
That’s exactly what I did when I saw the Louis Vuitton Ellipse - not even taking time to view the video before putting it in my basket – instinctively knowing that I could trust the quality and price to be spot on.
Placing my order was a slick and easy process and my excitement was uncontainable when my parcel arrived sooner than anticipated. All expectations were totally surpassed as I took possession of my beautiful bag - there was no way this would be going back. The personal note from Izzy and the chocolates enclosed were just another lovely touch to what had already been a delightful experience.
I apologise for the length of this review – but wanted to do justice to the service I received. I just hope that you too manage to get the bag of your dreams from Armcandy.

A truly wonderful concept to reuse high end luxury bags at a reasonable price. I love luxury bags and have always been a fan of sustainable fashion for many years. I have on occasion had an urge to splurge and then realised I now no longer need or just don’t have the same desire for the item, as when first purchased. ARMCANDY (Tamara & Co.) have got this right and I love the ease to navigate the website and also recently started following the stories on IG.

The videos that are made are very informative and provide and insight into the bag, something that I don’t think can always be captured in just a picture. The bag I purchased although had minor signs of wear, I would say was soo minimal and in a wonderful condition. The other huge plus for me is the confidence in the authenticity of an item, knowing that the item comes with documentation, dust bag and any other supporting items is a huge plus for me.

I am now in the process of selling some of my luxury bags, which are now no longer needed to make space for some more beauties that I will most definitely buy from ARMCANDY!

Thank you for a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to take my bag on some new adventures. I love to think it has already been to some exotic faraway places so I can add some more places to the list and give it a new lease of life!

Not only for this site I have bought a lovely bag that makes me feel great, but as a bonus, I got the positive joyful energy Tamara and the girls radiate. ArmCandy brings online shopping to a unique human dimension, they are the best.

This was my first purchase with Armcandy and I was not disappointed.
I was very nervous to begin with not being able to see the handbag in real life (I live many miles away from the Armcandy shop) I like to touch and inspect handbags so being able to view the video was brilliant, it explained everything about the handbag.
I asked many questions by email, Tamara and Izzy responded very quickly, and out of office hours, which I wasn’t expecting.
I received my handbag a day before estimated delivery, it was easy to track, it was well packaged, it came with a personal note and a box of my favourite chocolates….what a lovely gesture.
I can’t thank Armcandy enough, I love my Mulberry Lily and I will be buying from you again, without a doubt.
Thank you 😊

Have bought 2 bags now from Armcandy, both as described. Quick delivery and a personal note plus chocolates. Excellent company.

The service from Arm Candy has been exceptional... I have sold two of my bags recently and Tamara was really helpful both online with the valuations and in the store when I dropped off my bags. I have also just purchased a Mulberry wallet which is beautiful and arrived the next day 😊

This is a ‘customer first’ business. They are kind, interested and genuine. The bag I received was exactly as described but I knew I could trust their assessment and processes, having bought previously from Armcandy. They are thoroughly nice people too!

I just received my first purchase from Arm Candy Bag Co and it wouldn't be my last. Lightening quick delivery and the bag was exactly as described. I love the videos so you can see exactly what you are buying its amazing.
I also had loads of questions prior to purchase that were all answered immediately. I will definitely be back for more buying & selling.

Would highly recommend; sold a Louis Vuitton bag, the process was very easy and the girls took care of everything. Payment received also as per terms and conditions. Will definitely use again

This was my first time using Armcandy Bag Co and what a fantastic service I got
I got their details from Kat Farmer from Instagram who recommended the company
I was selling my Brand new Hermes Evelyne 33 bag, from the start of taking the bag into their lovely shop and all details covered off by Tamara to their great advertising of it on their website and you tube , when it sold communication was great and money arrived in my bank - would absolutely recommend this company - thank you Armcandy bag Co x

I have purchased three times from them and have been extremely happy with my purchases. Delivery to the States is fast! I’ve always received my purchases within a week! Each item was better in person. I love how you can view the bags on YouTube to see them up close and they go over the details perfectly. I have my eye on another and hopefully it goes on sale so I can make my fourth purchase lol. They always answer the emails I send with questions. Such a nice shop and wonderful bags!

Ok so it was my first time placing an order on armcandy after following them for a while on YouTube and watching there youtube videos. Even though they had some lovely bags on there atm I just wanted something right for me so I waited abit longer to place my first order with them as soon as I saw something that caught my eye.

So there was no hesitation placing the order from my side as it was very simple, quick and easy plus I got an additional 5% off signing up to the newsletter which also saved me abit of money. The shipping to the UK is also free which is a bonus.

All the questions that I needed answered were answered quickly and efficiently by the lovely ladies which gave me a peace of mind.

All video reviews show you exactly what you will be receiving with the quality of the item described and what it comes with so you know what to expect when it gets to you. which I think is absolutely amazing what the girls Tamara and izzy are doing so great job to them.

Now I did have a question about delivery time from the moment I placed the order as there wasn't much info on the website so I emailed them and they got back to me really quickly infact as I was messaging them I got a another email pop up saying the bags already been shipped the same day. so it was extremely fast and it was for special 1pm delivery for next day

So I recieved the parcel exactly as expected the next day actually being today. I unboxed it and the packaging was lovely they even included some free chocolates which was so kind of them. Now for the bag it is absolutely stunningly beautiful i love it much more than I thought i would and its exactly how it was described infact it seems almost brand new and hardly used. I'm in love with my new valentino garavani fliplock rocktud mini bag and cannot wait to use it.
The quality of the bag is amazing

Highly recommend arm candy. 100% worth it if you love pre loved and want to save money

The girls izzy and Tamara are lovely so thank you to them for making my shopping with them enjoyable. Will definitely buy from them again.

This was my first time purchasing a lovely LV bag from Armcandy. I absolutely love it. It come so lovingly packaged and shipping was free!

The descriptions and YouTube videos available give such accurate description of what you are buying. Can’t wait to get some more lovely bags!

Purchased an exquisite YSL bag from ArmCandy Bag Co and I could not be happier with it.

The video gave a very accurate view of the bag and it's condition and meant that I was confident to purchase it online without seeing it in the flesh.

It was wonderfully packaged and delivered and I could not recommend them highly enough.

I will be purchasing from them again!

First time purchase from Armcandy Bag Co. I came across them on YouTube.

I had a few questions on a particular bag I was interested in and they were quick to answer my email.

I love the fact that I could see a detailed video on YouTube of the bag’s condition. The bag arrived exactly as described, if not better!

They are very professional and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them 😊
