Risposta di armalytix.com
Hi there,
We understand that connecting your bank account can feel daunting, especially if it's something you haven't done before. Armalytix is FCA-regulated and uses Open Banking, a UK Government-mandated initiative. Your bank sends the transaction data directly and securely, and we never see your login details or card information. Nothing is shared with anyone other than the party you approve, and if you'd rather not connect your account, you can upload your statements manually instead.
Registering creates a secure account so that only you can access and control your information.
We absolutely don't want anyone to be excluded. If anyone finds the process difficult, our support team is happy to talk them through it step by step via live chat or support@armalytix.com. The company that asked you to provide the information will also be able to discuss other options with you.
Best, Team Armalytix

Safe and Secure
I've not used this site before so I'd asked some questions and read the reviews. I must admit, it's easy to use and there's assistance along the way if required.
I found the experience very light headed which overall didn't take that long to complete.
I'd recommend this for safety and security.
Thank you Abby for your assistance and knowledge.

Risposta di armalytix.com
Hi Richard,
Armalytix does not charge individuals for using our ID verification app. Our fees are charged to the law firm or conveyancer who requested the check, not to you. If you have been charged a fee for your ID check, this will have come from your solicitor or conveyancer as part of their own fees, so they would be the best people to speak to about it and about why it wasn't made clear to you beforehand - we're sorry this wasn't done.
If you have any other questions about the check itself, our support team is happy to help via live chat or at support@armalytix.com.
Best, Team Armalytix

Come funziona Trustpilot
