Arma Insurance Recensioni

I spoke with Fraser today who gave me a quote for my new car. Fraser was professional, personable and charming. He provided all the information I needed to ensure I was fully aware of the conditions of my policy. He built rapport, made me feel at ease and provided great customer service.

Fraser was really helpful in getting me a competitive deal on my car insurance for my RS Etron GT. he explained everything and made sure I had the cover I needed!

Polite & very helpful communication

Knew exactly my situation and gave me options

Very helpful and made life

Greatcompany, I’ve been using for two years

Theo made things very easy to understand for me. I haven't drove for over 8 years and it was all quit overwhelming. Theo gave me what I thought was a very good quote being a convicted driver he even went the extra mile and suggested if I have anyone to put on as an additional driver it may bring the quote down even further which it did by a considerable amount. When I wasn't sure on something and asked the question the clarity was there. Would very highly recommend theo if your nervous about getting back on the road. Thanks theo 👍🙂

David helped me get car insurance considering I had a 12 month ban

Andre provided excellent customer service. He spoke to me calmly and clearly, was very patient, and made sure I understood everything. He was professional, helpful, and reassuring throughout. I really appreciated the way he handled my enquiry. Thank you, Andre, for such great service!

I was spoken to very nicely. I found him very helpful and patient

This company are great and so friendly. I have a dr10 and didn’t think I would drive again because my quotes were so high I had a man called Theo help and talk me through everything and gave me an AMAZING price for my insurance. I can’t thank them enough!!

Company great! Andre the best

Andre’s personality and professionalism, kindness and caring caused me to feel a great of confidence in the service that he provided to me. I spoke with a number of brokers and I was delighted to be able to place my business with Andre because I wanted to and I felt he deserved it.

Dave was an absolute legend, gave me decent quote without hassle, not like the other thieving insurance companies *hint the name begins with A and ends with L*

Easy renewal process. James great to deal with - could speak to him when he initially rang a week before renewal due, but he made follow up appointment and rang at the appointed time. Process took about 10 mins over the phone. No trawling of websites needed!!!

Fraser was excellent from start to finish in the process. Even giving me time to consider my options and understanding when having issues with DVLA. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Great experience with Arma Insurance. They got back to me quickly with a competitive quote, and everything from there was explained simply and clearly. I wouldn't normally leave a review, but due to the ease of the process, fair pricing, and great assistance from Andre, I felt it was well worth writing one.
