I emailed them to ask if they can fit my extra-size need for a hat. They quickly responded that all their hats can fit me, so I selected and purchased one for $40. It took about three weeks to arrive but did not even come close to fitting. I have spent a week of daily emails trying to get a refund for the whole purchase and return shipping (total together $50). They have stuck firmly to require me to pay to ship it back even though it was their mistake.

I ordered a hat and its been in customs according to them for 4 weeks. They are scamming and won't refund me. Do not order from them.

I ordered a watch. It came very late. Looked used. Nothing works. You can’t set the time. The buttons fall of and now they want me to pay to send it back to America for a refund.

I ordered their "Dragon's Guard Tray" based on the images shown -- it held keys and coins easily. When I received it, the quality was much lower than shown (3d printer layers rather than resin) but more importantly the size was FAR smaller. The maximum width was just under 5.5". A key could bridge the "cup" portion, not sit at the bottom. I had ChatGPT evaluate and it determined that it was between 11.5 and 12.25".

I contacted them and they said I could ship it back for a full refund, but I had to pay for shipping etc, or I could keep it and pay 30%.

They are refusing to acknowledge my request that they remove the product or images and are therefore aware that it's a scam.

I'm less concerned about me than I am about other people getting scammed.
