I cannot thank ARK CMCS enough!
I moved house during which letters were lost, causing me severe legal issues.
They took the time to explain to me what I had to do to prevent further financial litigation. Not only friendly, informative but also so reassuring. They also didn’t charge me for the consultation as they were able to guide me through the work that needed to be done. Amazing! Cannot recommend enough.

I had found that I had a ccj on my credit file. ¡ was told that this was be costly to remove as i had been over nearly three years.

I searched the net and after speaking with numerous litigation firms, standard fees with attached fees for additional work, I nearly gave up hope as I was quoted ridiculous high prices.

A friend recommended ARK Cmcs, One fixed comfotable price was quoted and they got to work immediately.

After looking over the particulars of my case, they found my that my Ccj had been sevred incorrectly and after corespending this to the Claimant and negotiating back and forth the leagaltis. Eventually the Claimant then really agreed to not only submit my case back to court themselves and even pick up the court costs.
The whole process has taken a bit of time ARK CMCS TEAM NEVER GAVE UP ON MY CASE!,

RESULT !, I am PLEASE to say my Ccj has now been removed from my credit file and my financial life has been restored.

Excellent. Fast. Effective. CCJ is being set aside as we speak. Reza from ARK CMCS, communicated everything clearly and corresponded with the claimant's solicitors negotiating the removal of CCJ. This step took about a week which was good. If i need to, I will definitely choose them again.

Ark have been fantastic, I realised I had a ccj through a credit search. I was overwhelmed by the thought of having to fill out the forms and liase with the relevant people. They have been great and done all the paperwork and chasing, keeping me up to date promptly every step of the way. Even drafted an email to send to the court for me. Thankyou so much!

I was initially a bit anxious about finding someone to help with the matter and had spoken to multiple companies. After one conversation with Reza I felt completely at ease. He seemed to be honest and up front about the process and what the possible outcomes would be. His service was prompt and consistent and he helped me get on my way with CCJ removal much to my surprise! Extremely fast at replying and always on top of emails and chasing up cases. Had a great experience with ARK and would highly recommend.

I'd like to thank everyone who worked on my case as it was a quite sensitive and it needed to be resolved as soon as possible. After providing the evidence, it took them 2-3 days to obtain a confirmation about the removal of the CCJ. The first call I had with Nawaz was extremely informative. He was extremely patient and mindful of my situation, and very professional. They sent me all the steps that I need to take very detailed and prompt. I recommend them and once again thank you

Great response time, super helpful and even tho didn't get to court as such the work created was compelling g enough for the claimant to settle out of court.

Reza guided me with ease in getting my CCJ set aside , he was always at the end of the phone and answered all my quiries promptly
