I recently purchased a pit bike for a Xmas gift for my 9 year old Grandson Due to the bad weather over Xmas he didn’t actually ride it until after Xmas the bike was an excellent stepping stone to teach him how to use a clutch All seemed perfect until a couple of days later when we went riding again I noticed a small pool of oil under the bike on further examination there was a small crack in one of the engine cases the oil only leaked when it was hot We decided to contact Liam from Aria Bikes he was the guy who sold it to us after explaining the situation and sending photos and a short video of the problem Liam decided to replace the complete engine which arrived 4 days after we initially contacted him Now that is what we call superb 1st class customer service from a great company We would not hesitate to recommend this company nothing is overpriced and if there is a fault it is sorted with the minimum of fuss in double quick time

I purchased a pink mini quad for my daughter from Aria Bikes for her birthday. The lads here really know what they are talking about and the service and after service is absolutely brilliant honestly I give them 5 stars all day long. She absolutely loves her quad thanks to aria bikes. Many Thanks Andy.

Hi there, I bought my son a 125cc pit bike from aria Manchester the bike is very fair for the pice, my son loves it, took him out for the first time on a dirt track, now he wants to go every Saturday, they are very helpful when you need part, if everything goes well and he needs to upgrade sometime, I would buy from Aria commercial Ltd. 👍

I haven’t got much experience with bikes but called the shop on a Sunday and even though they were closed Liam took my call and answered all my questions and invited me down to see the bikes. Both Liam & Pete were really helpful and very Knowledgeable. After visiting loads of motor bike shops and web sites these guys were the best by a country mile .Nothing was to much trouble, it was all about the right bike for my kids, not just about the sale! I ordered two dirt bikes and I am extremely thankful to you both !.

Sold an absolute pile of junk!
Chain rubs on both swingarm and engine plate!
Seal missing from front shocker!
Steering turns more to the left than right by 15 degrees!
Front number plate fouls the side fairings when turning!
Exhaust leaks at the muffler due to rubbish welds!
Standard block air filter supplied when it is shown as having an induction type fitted!
And it is also an absolute nightmare to start the engine!
I contacted aria about all this and their reply....
You need to cable ties the number plate to the shockers and we will send you a new seal for the shocker!
Absolutely no response to the other faults and after 2 weeks I am still waiting on the seal!
I have screenshots of the messages I sent on ebay so no way they can say otherwise!
Avoid this company at all costs!!!

I’ve just bought a 125cc quad bike off Pete and Liam at Aria bikes and tbh I had trepidation after reading other people’s reviews but I thought I’d visit spontaneously and make my own mind up.
I have never ever written a review for anything in my life because any bad experience can be for a number of reasons but I’ve had to write one because the service I’ve received has been stupendous it really has…
When the quad arrived it had a damaged fuel tank which couldn’t have been foreseen and I called Pete snd he arrived at my house 47 mins later with a brand new replacement and even brought me an extra helmet for the inconvenience!! That is above and beyond!! So I bought another one which he delivered personally to avoid transport damage again and spent 2 hours explaining everything about how to maintain the quads as I had no idea.
I cannot stress enough how fantastic this company is I really can’t.

Absolutely brilliant customer service !. Bought 150cc dirt bike and had no problems at all. The lads have checked up on how it’s going and given me advice that they didn’t need to. Can’t thank them enough for all their help. Would definitely recommend 👍🏼

Best £850 I’ve spent on a brand new bike.
I bought the 150cc four stroke big wheel pit bike.
Can’t fault it.
Great little bike.

Paid fir bikes to be fixed, less than a hour later on a flat field exhaust fell off and front brake snapped 🙈😂😂 stronger bikes made of Lego, joke of a bike, wouldn’t of paid a pound if I’d known

Got my daughter a 50cc had few problems with bike but the guys sorted it no problem great lil learner bike cant fault them 2 really nice guys great customer service

Perfect, the guys were so helpful. Had a slight issue with the quad I bought but it was resolved promptly. Excellent customer care highly recommend would definitely use again cant fault them ***********

myself and my mate bought the 125cc cxx electric start pit bike, and the 125cc stinger quad bike, excellent service from aria and we absolutely love the bikes. hopefully the after service if required will be of the same service

I would recommend anyone buying a bike to use Aria bikes, excellent service and good advice given, I bought a 50cc mini motocross bike for my son, they checked the bike over for me and gave me a starter pack and said any problems they are only a phone call away. Keep up the good work guys A1

Purchased two go karts pre built. Couple of minor teething problems when they arrived, but the guys were straight on it and now I have two incredibly fun karts.

Went to pick up 2 bikes yesterday absolutely amazing service bang on, no faults with the bikes at all, two great people would definitely Recommend most friendliest service would definitely be going back

Not happy had brought a 150cc dirt bike when the bike had arrived fuel tank leaked and the bike would not idle. Had contacted aria bikes they replaced the tank and had sent out a new carb stating to me they will set it. New carb tank arrived it still leaked and ran the same i called a local machanic who had noticed the air/fuel mixtur was turned up 5 on 1 and 5.5 on the old carb were everyone who rides dirt bikes knows its 2 turns and not only that the machanic had stated the carb cannot be set without been on the bike. I was not told this from aria bike. With the problems continuing id took the bike to them in manchester 100 mile from ollerton, Nottinghamshire they had got the bike sorted or so id thought they got it running with chock on which is when the flaps in the carb open to allow more air making it easier to start. And made out it was fixed. Id got home and noticed it still ran the same. Contacted them to be told it because am confused about the carb. Everyone knows flaps open is choke on flaps closed chick off they atgued saying they know dirt bike and its me. Id asked for the bike to be collected as its a fault on there side and gave the option of a refund or raplace the bike with a working one. If not i would have to go to traiding standerds to be told comunication is now cut off there a bad company will not recomend them andnow making out its me when id contacted 3 other companies and since all this have had nothing but abusive phone call its discusting
