I'd like to take a moment to present my experience, in brief, with Argentum Wealth and my manager, David Rubenstein. This is a rock solid company managed by true professionals that you would expect to find in a wealth management organization. Based in Tokyo (with other outlet(s)) they have a team of experts in the fields of management, investment selections from a vast array of companies, and even a real estate branch; however, I didn't utilize that offering.

I, working directly with David, invested in an S&P 500 fund and after five months, when I had seen they are a solid company, I went all-in. I'm investing in a directed and selected pool of funds. I elected the 15-year plan for both investment vehicles and I finally feel I can sleep at night knowing my assets are growing with great care in professional hands.

I suggest that if you're just starting or are a former day trader (as I was), they will completely and utterly help you get the ball rolling. Seek Argentum Wealth Management and David Rubenstein, you will not go wrong in this decision.

Argentum has been much better than the previous Japanese advisory I was using. I first had contact with Argentum back in mid to late 2017 when I met with a rep (Amanda) who set me up with my plan that started in early 2018. In the summer of that year, Robert Alfa took over as my contact person at Argentum and I have had no complaints at all since then. In fact, saying I have had no complaints would be a huge understatement as not only have I had no problems at all, but I have had the exact opposite experience as he has been fantastic to deal with. He has been very, very fast to respond to any and all queries I had, and his replies were very detailed and completely answered all the questions I had. So on those grounds alone, I have no qualms at all about recommending Robert to those wishing to save / invest or take advantage of any of the many services he offers.

Furthermore, the world of finance and investments can often seem very dry and clinical at times (especially to those not well-versed in these areas) but Robert brings a very personal, friendly, and approachable touch to all his client meetings and I have friends who have also invested with him so my fantastic experience with him is not unique in this regard. In fact, when I’ve had face-to-face or online meetings with him, most of the time it just seems like I’m chatting with a knowledgeable friend rather than a personal advisor. In my experience, this is a very rare quality he has and is definitely a very strong plus point for my recommending him to potential clients. Lastly, with his unique blend of pleasant personality and professionalism, he goes far above and beyond what I would expect from a financial advisor. It took me a while to get my student loans sorted so I’ve only started my first private pension back in 2009, after a few years of employment.
