I bought a custom Ballon d'Or on 3th of March before reading the reviews unfortunately. Since then I got no information, nor the product or shipping info. After multiple attempts to contact, also no information. I reported to company via Paypal and Google. Do not buy from them.
UPDATE THIS COMPANY IS DISSOLVED MARCH 2021!! E-COM 92 LTD Company number 12220696. I found company details on their T&Cs on Arena Fan website. How do we report a company that doesn't exist still running online business?
Stole my money. I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered A grammy award replica for an event for a client of mine on 24th December. Event was 18th January. I still havent received the item or any communications to my email chasers. No refund at my request via email. $127.00 stolen. I wish I had looked at their reviews prior. How is a company permitted to sell things they then do not provide and still be legally running?
Scammers. All of them. You will not receive a product because the product does not exist. Owner keeps information private as well. Save your money. Several other people have this same experience and positive reviews are fake.

3 weeks later its still not here and his birthday has come and gone.
