Unreliable, unprofessional, poor customer service
There has been a complete outage for over 17 hours now, with conflicting information as to what has occurred. The last update to customers was 14 hours ago. Nothing since. If, as it is being claimed, this was a planned upgrade, all effort should have been taken to warn users in advance, so that pdfs of scripts could be made and material accessed. The lack of transparency as to what is going on, and the lack of updates, is totally unprofessional. I will cancel my paid subscription and transfer my scripts somewhere more reliable as soon as the site is up and running again. I wonder when that will be…
