I have struggled with access to my hacked FB account for weeks. I called the FB help number and first had great help from Adam who then sent me to Mike. They were great and Mike has me back into FB! The very stressful situation is corrected and I appreciate Mike's help and pleasant demeanor!

Sky was extremely helpful and patient explaining the reason I was locked out of my facebook account and what he needed to do to make my network more secure. He expalained everything he was doing in terms I could understand. So far so good and highly recommend Archler Desk and Sky!!!
