Dispatch of order
Order to dispatch was quick though it was marked as dispatched on a Saturday, but not actually received by the courier until the following Tuesday. Delivery was next day though so very happy with that!

Thank you for placing an order with us. Hope you're happy with the product. I can see in our system that this was sent from us on the Friday, but Australia post didn't scan it until Saturday. They have probably then sent it to the another depot on Tuesday where it's been scanned again and then delivered to you on Wednesday.

Overall good experience however the UPDATE CHART button CLEARs the CART.
Also advertised on the webpage that AUS shipping free on orders over $175.00 - I was charged $70 shipping for regional NSW.
I did increase the order to over $200 to get free shipping but $70 still applied therefore reduced the order to $176 - advertising should be corrected.

Thank you for the review and letting us know about this. This shouldn't have happened. All orders over $175 should have an option with free shipping (we also offer express shipping and courier shipping for an extra cost).
Something has obviously gone wrong from our end. I appreciate you pointing this out so we can fix this from our end.
I have organised a refund for the $70 shipping fee. You should see this in your account in 5-7 days.
Once again, I apologies for the inconvenience. Let us know if you ever decide to order from us and we will send over a 10% discount for that purchase.

My delivery went missing in the mail. A quick email back to them telling what had happened resulted in another item despatched via express post. Can't ask for more than that.
