Terrible customer service

Arranged to buy a new vehicle and was told the sales manager would call me the next day to take a deposit. It never happened i emailed with no response, then this morning got another email to say we cannot go ahead now as the price has gone up £2,000 overnight 🙄 complete time wasters.

Update to the reply, what a total lie I was never told that anything was coming to an end I have all emails as proof for whoever needs to see them, as for a phone number this was provided with my contact through Auto trader. As for my trade in you also had all information you asked for and offered a very low amount of £150 of which you upped to £250 when i said it was worth more than that for scrap. After this experience I would advise anyone to avoid as I have been offered the car again by them at a higher price, sounds like Bait and switch, very poor service.

Thank you for your comments Adam, you did not disclose your phone number during your initial enquiry. We emailed you, detailing we needed further information on your part exchange and also advised that the manufacturer campaign was coming to an end within the same day. Unfortunately the campaign did expire prior to your reply, which means we are legally unable to offer the same vehicle price. The new campaign has been released today, the difference in price is £1,500, the vehicle is still available and a Sales Executive has been in touch.

Awful

Awful! Sold us a faulty car in May, have been trying ever since to get it sorted. Complaints to branch and complaints manager ignored. Also wrote to head office Cathedral Motors and that has also been ignored. Extremely poor customer service.

Bought a Audi A4 car developed a fault…

Bought a Audi A4 car developed a fault with rear window and a steering fault, now Audi want £150 per hour to diagnose and need 2 hours. Arbury warranty does not cover this and hence the warranty is useless. Went here as reviews were good but i am really dissapointed and did not expect this from such a large dealership. Will not buy from here again unless we can get the issues resolved

Positive experience

We had a positive experience at Arbury Walsall with Louis as our sales assistant. He listened to our criteria and found us a deal that met our requirements. He was very friendly and made the experience pleasant. Would definitely return to him for future visits.

I had already left Arbury Stourbridge bad feedback in the begining of October after my first review I was Told to get intouch with Lee Addis for him to help I had to keep chasing him and one of his emails said that they have to work to within the.paramiters and that he was still waiting for response from customer support I told him I had already done that and that they said no so I let Lee try and sure as eggs are eggs he came back and said customer service had said no so in the meantime ater paying £3000 thinking that the problem had been sorted I had had the engine oil light come on again but while I had been waiting for a response I wnt on one of the car buying websites and had a price come back but because I was still waiting for a response of Lee the offer has gone down peugeot don't give a shit about your feelings at all The ladythat I put a complaint in about is still working there I have now had to go to the motor ombudsman as the car is worth scrap and it only has 44000 miles and full service history I will never buy anything from peugeot again Rubbish cars Rubbish Staff

While we strive to provide reliable support, the decision ultimately rests with the manufacturer who has rejected the claim due to the car not having full Peugeot service history. As we did not supply the car it may be worth contacting the supplying dealer to see if they can assist in any way.

12 weeks with no engine still in garage

Peugeot work van less than two years old needs new engine after piston failure has been in this garage for over 12 weeks and took 7 weeks prior to that to even be looked at (off road since 2nd July)
I still have not received any funds regarding courtesy van which was only agreed 16th September so huge financial burden since 2nd July.
Asked for weekly updates and not contacted once
Called last week advised would be in end of last week warranty finally cleared works
Today conversation again with Kelsie and now not finalised and sitting still with no engine to which kelsie stated ‘ these things take time’
Absolutely disgusting customer service and complete lack of basic communication.
I will be contacting motor ombudsman tomorrow after being extremely patient and understanding I have not received the same courtesy
Will not have another pevgeot and will be advising all the trades and tradesman that I come across to avoid as has caused substantial stress and financial burden

I bought a car from them in October and…

I bought a car from them in October and was satisfied with the service from Will. However i was knocked down on my part ex to below the price i wanted.
One week later I saw my car for sale on the forecourt for twice the price paid.
I feel cheated by them and will not use them for any further services.
Update
Thanks for getting back to me. I have had a responce from Arbury Walsall and have replied to the email sent. However i am still awaiting a call from them.

Very pleased with my new Peugeot

Very pleased with my new Peugeot! Louis was super friendly and made the process so easy for me. He was very detailed and efficient in helping me find exactly what I was looking for and helpful the entire way through. I would highly recommend Louis and Arbury Peugeot to anybody looking for a new car!

What a rip off!

What a rip off!! Took my Nissan as passenger electric window broken. Quoted £180 for diagnostics then got a call saying needed three more hours at a cost of £460 so £640 in total just for diagnostics bearing in mind supposedly Nissan 'specialists'. Collected my car as I felt £640 was astronomical without any repairs being carried out. Took it to a local garage who diagnosed the problem within 35 minutes and repaired at a fraction of the cost of the diagnostics. Arbury mechanic said it was a wiring issue when in fact it was just a switch needing replacement. On top of that the way I was spoken to by the Nissan representative when I queried it was shocking, so rude

Outstanding service

Purchased a new Nissan over the weekend and I’m driving it today! Absolutely outstanding service from Ben at Arbury who guided me every step of the way. Professional and efficient throughout and an altogether fantastic experience from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble- so refreshing to receive such a high standard of service. Would highly recommend speaking to Ben if you’re on the hunt for a new or used Nissan.
