One star is one to many. For almost two years ago I made an order and it arrived, with wrong items and wrong sizes. After many emails and writing on WhatsApp they told me that they will fix it. They never did. Really bad service and no manners.

Ordered items. Heard nothing after 3 weeks.
I telephoned 3 times on 2 different numbers - no answer
The seller has an auto text response that when they miss a call they initiate a text conversation. I used the text facility but they did not respond.
I used facebook messenger via their website but no response
I emailed, no response.
It was only when I raised a "dispute" via paypal that I received an email saying that they had no stock.
Waitress serving our meal one night, was wearing a perfume my wife liked & she told us the name of it. Ordered & paid for Tohfa Pink perfume from Arabian Luxuries website on 17th October 2023, & read that it could take between 7/14 business days. Waited no show. Got in touch with Company who said was out of stock,(why did they take payment ?) They asked if I wanted refund, I said yes. After repeated emails no answers & no refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. AVOID
