Excellent service
Had great shopping experience at Aquaswim. Finding goggles to fit has been an expensive nightmare; they had many samples to try & kitted me out quickly
Also bought a costume & hat when there.

Reached out after my son’s accident and needed some trunks not his usual jammers for therapy.
They appreciated my shopping history and wished my son all the best in his recovery and sent him a complimentary pair which will cheer him up during this difficult time.

Ordered a speedo intent 2.0 race skin with next day delivery as competing in Welsh nationals. However when delivered the wrong skin was inside - a speedo valor 2.0. Which is a completely different skin !!! The person I spoke to on the phone was helpful and the correct one was sent with next day delivery but it won’t arrive until tomorrow. This means not being able to use it in finals tonight and heats tomorrow. This is not on and should not have happened.

Bought a new bag, goggles and a goggle box. Fantastic service, very friendly staff, and a superb choice of colours and brands. I would highly recommended Aqua Swim Supplies to everyone.

Great experience at Aqua Swim Supplies in Hampden Square. Alex who served me was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to answer my questions, offered great advice without any pressure, and was polite throughout. They have a good range of quality swimwear at excellent prices, and thanks to his help I ended up buying three pairs of swimming trunks. Fantastic customer service—I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop.

I purchased a technical race suit for my daughter from Aqua Swims as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, after very little use, the suit developed a small hole in the torso area.

Aqua Swims were fantastic from the outset and did everything they could to support me in raising this with Arena. Disappointingly, Arena refused to take responsibility, insisting the issue was due to user damage rather than a potential product fault. This was very poor customer service from such a large and well-known brand.

In contrast, Aqua Swims truly stood out. The team went above and beyond to try to reach a satisfactory resolution and kept me informed throughout. When Arena declined to take responsibility, Aqua Swims stepped in and took ownership of the situation themselves, offering me a couple of options as compensation.

Their level of customer service was outstanding, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

First-time customer with Aqua Swim Supplies and disappointed.
The suit ripped on very first try-on. Tag still on. We’ve purchased so many elite performance suits so lots of experience putting them on. Always done carefully. We have had this exact same suit in the same size twice from other suppliers and worn multiple times with no issues at all.
It took over 4 weeks since requesting a refund or replacement to resolve.
Response was quick initially but immediately used the user’s fault argument, which Arena stuck with based on photos only. The suit was never inspected.
I don’t feel confident ordering from them again but have a £100 credit so will have to in order to get some sort of compensation.

Been to their shop, as well as ordered from them online. 5 day delivery time, but that's not a problem unless you're in a rush. However, they should check the items before sending, as I had to go and return a damaged item. Quick response to emails and calls, and I got it exchanged without any issues.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff with great products at good prices. Bought from them 3 times now, and will definitely go back.

Our son is a competitive swimmer and was looking for a high-end racing suit—either the Speedo Fastskin LZR Pure Intent 2 or the Arena Carbon Core FX. We were able to try on multiple options to get the right size and fit, and the advice we received was extremely valuable.
I would highly recommend trying before you buy—especially when you’re investing around £200 in a suit. It makes a huge difference getting the fit right.
AquaSwim provided excellent customer care, great service, and expert product guidance. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. We’ll definitely be returning.

I had an excellent experience with Aqua Swim Supplies thanks to Alex. I ordered a kneeskin, but unfortunately it was too small. The return process was straightforward and easy to complete.
After that, I called and spoke to Alex, who truly went out of his way to help. He made sure the correct size was ordered and arranged for it to be sent out the very same day.

We went to the shop, Alex was very knowledgeable around the swim suits that would suit my daughter’s body shape. Lots of different suits to try on far better than buying from the internet and hoping it fits. Very knowledgeable and professional service, will be back

Ordered and paid for two swim suits, received only one. Reported this issue to retailer, but their response was only its under investigation. Its been well over two weeks ago since they begun investigation. I inquired several times about their findings, but the only response are automated emails.
Now, I have to open a claim against them with my credit card issuer. Don't see any other option.
Its daylight robbery and absolutely shambles service. Also customer service is a joke.
I strongly advice, think twice before ordering anything from them.
Update: they issued refund for missing costume, however refund showed up on my credit card as pending and then disappeared (???), gone just like that.

Returned a faulty item using their returns service, delivery was accepted back by them on the 24th November and still no refund. Stopped replying to emails now too so I have no idea what’s going on. I’ve sent the tracking number you requested and still no response. Do not use this company. Shocking customer service.
