Thank you, Aquasure for the email reminding me to leave a review — how could I possibly refuse?

I've been using Aquasure religiously since early February 2025, cleverly lured by the bold promise of reducing chlorine consumption by up to 80%. Unfortunately, in my case, it’s had the opposite effect. It's not reduced my chlorine usage, it’s more than doubled it! A bold strategy indeed.

To be fair, I’ve spoken with Ross at the Hot Tub Superstore — a very helpful chap with worthy suggestions — but despite following all advice to the letter (expensive new filter, meticulous water balancing, full tub drain-down and refill, pipe cleaning… you name it), I’m still pouring chlorine into this thing like it’s going out of fashion. We’re talking 20 to 30mg a day, which feels a bit more "chlorine buffet" than "chlorine reduction."

And apparently I'm the only one having this issue. Oh dear, must just be me and my uniquely cursed existence. Clearly the product is perfect and I’m just using it wrong! :(

Now, just to rule it out, it’s not the water supply. Everything was fine before Aquasure entered the picture, so unless my water has suddenly developed a personality disorder, the finger points fairly and squarely back at the product.

That said, credit where it’s due — the water does feel nicer. Softer, clearer, almost spa-like. If only it didn’t come with the chemical demands of a municipal swimming pool, I’d be thrilled.

Bottom line? If you're looking to dramatically cut chlorine use, maybe try witchcraft. In my experience Aquasure certainly isn’t the magic solution it claims to be.

Product is excellent delivery is excellent we received our new Hottub in December 2024 it’s now Friday 13 June 2025 and it’s the same water have only changed and cleaned the filters and water chemistry is perfect only having to add a teaspoon of chlorine every other day
Only issue is when adding aquasure it foams up but some foam away in and all good so would highly recommended

This is an absolute dream product! Literally just use once a week. My hot tub water is silky soft and more importantly, because I have sensitive skin, I’m using so much less chlorine & other nasties. My family have noticed such a difference too saying that it really feels like a spa. The service is so easy, prompt delivery, hassle free. Would highly recommend. I’ve now signed up to the subscription saving even more money. Very happy customer.

This was just what I have been waiting for. Swift delivery, so simple to use and my hot tub water is now so soft and easy to manage
I’m using a lot less chlorine now. Plus the app means I can reorder in an instant.
