I purchased the Aqua Pure device in…Dec. 2024. I actually purchased three, two were gifts to relatives.
I purchased the Aqua Pure device in Dec. 2024 and used it several times weekly, charging it as needed. Always found charging the unit a challenge; connecting the charging chord in just the right place to make a solid connection. By June 2024, was having little success charging the device. I contacted Aqua Pure, they sent a new charging cable (August 2025). Unfortunately the new chord has not resolved the problem and requires 18 hours to charge the device, it does not fully charge and when in use, operates for less than one minute. Love the concept, but the device has not been worth the cost, per my experience. Would like to know if other users have had the same results? Perhaps I received a bad device. Now out of the years warranty, so I would not purchase again and cannot recommend it to others..

The company stands behind their product. I bought 3 of the produce cleaners for myself & my kids. my unit stopped charging so I ordered a new charging cord. The unit still wouldn't charge so I contacted customer service. Tiffany was very helpful with troubleshooting and I eventually received a replacement unit. I am happy to be cleaning my produce again.

I have had a great experience with my aqua pure love the product it makes my produce taste better I’ve been using it for over 3 years and almost use it daily. I was really impressed with the customer service when I had a problem the customer representative Tiffany couldn’t have been more helpful she went beyond my expectations I was so impressed I bought 2 it was so refreshing to get such help from Tiffany that is so rare these days to get such good service thank you

Poor quality product and poor customer service
I purchased a number of these units between November and December 2024 thinking that they would be great Xmas gifts. I kept one for myself. My unit stopped working after one use. In order to request a refund it's required to do all of the troubleshooting and provide a video of it not working. The customer is responsible for return shipping, they won't provide a shipping label for their faulty product. Additionally, a 25% restocking and refurbishing fee is deducted from the refund. Real trust breaker! The customer is held responsible for fixing their faulty product. I received consistent feedback when I was doing the problem solving. Since I returned the product, provided my tracking number, which they confirmed they received, and questioned when I could expect my refund, I have heard nothing else from the company. I purchased other units as Christmas gifts, one recipient just informed me that hers no longer works either. Very disappointed
about this. I would not recommend this product to anyone. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.

Fantastisch apparaatje, maar die laat het wel erg vroeg afweten!Twee-en-half jaar elke dag gebruikt, nu nog alleen maar decoratief rood licht, dus geen blauw. Toch teleurstellend als men beweert dat je er wel 10 jaar mee vooruit kan. En dan waar is de service, die het mankement kan oplossen? Terug naar China soms. Nee, als je iets beweert moet je het ook waarmaken.

Stopped working after 15 months
Stopped working after 15 months of once a week use. Doesn't hold a charge enough for one cycle, and on button stopped working shortly after. Cheaply made. The plastic grid you're supposed to remove to clean has no place to grip so that's always difficult. Company states 8-10 year life on its website - DON'T BELIEVE IT! and they refuse to replace it. Best they offer is 20% discount. No way thanks ! If they think it lasts 10 years, why wouldn't they offer a 10 year, or even 5 year guarantee? Because they know.

I bought an AquaPure round pesticide purifier about a year ago and have been very happy with its use. Unfortunately, something happened to the battery I guess and although it seems to be recharging, blinking red, when it is done it cannot hold a charge anymore. I don't see anywhere to replace a battery and wonder what to do because I cannot make it work.

Zero Stars… Scam
I wish there was a way to give a zero star review. My 80-year-old mother ordered three of the vegetable and fruit cleaners for Christmas gifts. Upon arrival, they are more like a children’s toy because they are so small. I helped her every step of the way in the process to get a refund. We Jumped through every hoop, the company has set up to make the refund process as complicated as possible. Every time we would be where we thought we were finished and should be getting a refund. They would tell us we had to do one more thing. It cost us over $40 to ship the product back. After shipping them back, they continued to tell us we had to do one thing after another. The latest email I received from them said that we had to remove our dispute from the credit card company before they will give us a refund. My Mom’s credit card company literally told her absolutely do not remove the dispute. They have remained very kind in their responses, but continue to Say the same things over and over. So now I am in a position where I’m going to have to reimburse my mom so that she can buy Christmas presents for the people who do not have one. Shame on this company. By the way, the items shipped from Hong Kong. They are not at all a United States space Company, so be careful.

On Oct 15 I purchased 2 smaller bottles for my dispenser one had a small dent on bottom( I put it on my dispenser and stored the other one til we needed it) when both were empty I refilled them the one with the dent was stored , a couple hrs later we notice water was leaking from the dented one. I returned to the place of purchase ( Aqua Pure) . I was at the counter and before I could actually finish telling-my story a employee( manager or owner not sure ) said “sir ,I will take that off your hands and get a new one “ . I thought wow great customer service,it goes along way these days.Soi just had to leave my story here, thank you ….Aqua Pure.

Amazing Product And Easy To Use
I bought the Aquapure for my family. After researching how vegetable and fruits are filled with dirt, pesticides, etc we decided to change how we are washing our produce. We came a-crossed this device. This product is amazing and easy to use. After using it one time I could noticeably see a different. We use it around one or twice a week. I had to contact the company regarding the warranty. Tiffany was very helpful and quick to my response. I appreciate all the help. I will definitely be recommending this to family and friends.

We picked up 2 devices to clean our fruit and both devices stated it has stainless steel, but it still rusted overtime we reach out for support for free replacement. But they denied it as they said we caused it. Stay away from this shady company.

I bought my Aquapure almost a year ago…
I bought my Aquapure almost a year ago and I use it a lot, very happy because it works really well, it is amazing all the debris that comes out from produce. Unfortunately it stoped working properly a few weeks ago. I contacted them and I received an outstanding customer service from Tiffany. Now she is sending me a new device which I’m very happy about it. Thank you Aquapure Team!

Amazing Little Product
Was amazed at the amount of debris and chemicals this little ion-unit could remove from my produce. I had one question and AquaPure responded quickly. Liked it so much I had one sent to my family for Christmas.
