Aqdas Travel LTD Recensioni

They delivered an amazing Umrah experience for my family. Everything was exactly as promised, flights on time, hotel within walking distance of the Haram, and smooth transport. They kept in touch the entire time to ensure we were comfortable. I appreciate the professionalism and personal care shown by the team.

Very happy with them. Their quick responses, fair pricing, and quality hotel arrangements made our Umrah a wonderful experience.

My travel consultant Usama Malik was incredibly attentive, patient and helpful along every step of the way. He made sure my package catered for me and my families needs and provided great prices - I would highly recommend this service!

I asked for umrah package in August 2025, so brother Osama Malik took my requirements carefully and offered me a reasonable package.

Fantastic customer service from Usama. Communication was excellent. However due to my own personal reasons l didn’t go ahead with there packages. There prices were reasonable and very competitive which l was really impressed about. Thank you and hopefully l will use you sometime in the future.

Thank you, Malik at Aqdas Travel!
We booked our Umrah package for April of this year through Malik, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and personal touch that truly made a difference.
Malik was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive to our needs. He tailored the package perfectly for our group, ensuring that every detail, from flights and visas to hotel arrangements and ground transportation was seamless. The hotels were comfortable and conveniently located.
This was a deeply spiritual journey for us, and having someone as reliable and supportive as Malik organising it allowed us to focus on our Ibadah without distractions. He was always available to answer questions and provided reassurance and guidance whenever we needed it.
I wholeheartedly recommend Aqdas Travel and especially Malik, to anyone planning their Umrah. Allah Swt reward him and the team for helping make our pilgrimage so memorable and spiritually fulfilling.
Jazakhallah Khair

The staff are very friendly and nice and helpful

From the beginning to the end of our journey to sacred lands everything went well. From the flights, travel and hotels all was very good. Alhamdulillah would recommend this company and especially Usama bhai.
Jazakallah for everything and a lovely experience.

Usama malik was very helpful and provided prompt service and provided me with all the information that I needed. He was kind and very polite. Please keep ot up. Thank you

I requested quotations for umrah in Nov 25. A lady called Muqaddas replied quite quickly and gave me a few options. She was polite on the phone and helpful. However, I decided not to go ahead with the quotations. I didn’t feel any pressure from this lady to accept any of the deals.

The company really was good and specially Malik

Great experience, looking for a package deal to go umrah with my family. Malik has been very helpful, and finding us great deals that’s suit our needs. Thank you

We recently booked our Umrah trip with Aqdas Travel, and the entire experience from start to finish was truly excellent. A special thank you to Malik, our adviser, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, honest, and respectful throughout the process.

Malik went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. He was highly responsive during the booking stage, provided us with all the necessary information, and stayed in touch while we were in Saudi Arabia to support us with any issues, including things like hotel confirmations.

Even when we faced a delay with our airport transfer driver, Malik handled the situation professionally and was open to feedback, which we really appreciated. His dedication and personal touch made our pilgrimage a stress-free and memorable experience.

We highly recommend Aqdas Travel, especially if you’re looking for a team that truly cares and supports you throughout your journey.

The price was very good compared to others.i was spoken to Mr Malik. Very patient man.

Great service, sorted out every detail of the trip, Usama provided a great service and was easy to contact at any time. I would like to thank Aqdas Travel for their service and would recommend.

Second time I have used Kiswah Tours. Honestly I can not fault. Flight was on time, Taxi was waiting on the other side, which was provided by them. Even got a confirmation from the driver a day before! Hotels check ins were smooth. Mr Malik even messeged me, to see how we was. 10/10. I will definitely use them again InshAllah.
