Very poor communication regarding…
Very poor communication regarding appointment time. Did not know if treatment was planned for a.m. or p.m. & I had previous commitment for Saturday. Unable to contact to r/s. He texted that he treated outside but backyard was.locked so he didn't have access. Need to r/s appointment for interior & exterior treatment.
