Consistently good service …

They seem to get finished faster lately but the results are just as good so no complaints. Jordan forgot to do something so he came back to take care of it. Always polite and friendly.

Nick was exceptional!

Nick was friendly, efficient and very thorough in his visit to my home. He heard my concerns and made sure all of the necessary areas were addressed treating both indoor and outdoors. I received a summary and photos of all areas treated.

I cancelled the date of the treatment…

I cancelled the date of the treatment on line but still someone showed up and sent that treatment was done. Not sure what was really done as the residences is covered in snow and there were on foot steps to be seen on portions of the house

I had a terrible spider problem

I had a terrible spider problem in my house. Every day I was dusting away spider webs from my ceiling and windows. My basement looked like a horror film with thick mats of webs in the rafters - I was always afraid a spider would drop on my head. Since I started using Aptive I only have the rare, occasional spider web. The service men/women are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always on time. I've been a customer for 3 years and I couldn't be happier.
