This score has nothing to do with the Technicians. This is based on Aptive’s scheduling.
We always request an 8-12 appointment. We’ve been scheduling our appointments with Aptive for at least three years and Aptive does not accommodate our requests time and time again.
For morning appointments. Aptive has failed to accommodate our request. We have obligations and appointments scheduled after 12 and need Aptive maintenance between 8am and 12pm.

Great communication

I know in advance when they are coming so I can unlock the gate. They also give notice same day before they arrive, ask if there are concerns and send pictures after.

The technician (I think it was Damian)…

The technician (I think it was Damian) gave us good advise about rodent problem in front yard. Everything was sprayed around the exterior of the house. Did remind him to check the bait boxes, which were empty.

I like that they text the client...

I like that they text the client before they arrive and let us know when they are going to be there w/in minutes. And when they finish they send the client another text with pics showing them what they did during their time. Sometimes they (not all techs) forget to spray the garage. That happened to me and I had a few scorpions in my garage. Even if they spray sometimes the scorpions come out, maybe they were hiding when they sprayed the first time. I always get GOOD techs that do my house, but the last time I wasn't home and they weren't able to get the garage. Is there a way where I could get someone to come back out just to do the garage?
I started with them when they started the business in Tucson. It's a great company, even the people who answer the phones if you need to cancel or add a service or whatever. I am GLAD that I found them or if they found me.

Technician went out of his way to advise on on preventing rodent instrusion into house.

The technician (sorry - forgot his name) located probable entry points for rodents to get in the house and explained how to block them. I followed his advice and have not seen any evidence of rodent instrusion.
