Julian was very good but supplies needed were not available to him
Julian was very good and communicated well with us. The problem we had was that he did not have the products he needed available to him when he came--Sluggo for the garden, and wasp traps--both which we need. The last visit from another technician, also did not have the Sluggo available. I hope this lack of products can be resolved.

Great service
Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff both in office and in the field. Able to treat for pests inside the garage, yard area and around the foundation, eves and windows ofbthe home. 1) Scheduled appointments in advance of technicians showing up.
2) assigned routes for representatives. There is no continuity with the reps that come to my home.
3) We are paying a premium price for this service. I expect premium service from the management team, not just the representatives.

Technician Travis is their very best
Technician Travis is their very best. He was able to explain that the company ran low on mosquito catching units so that was why I have not had them return to my yard for a few months. He took the initiative to do extra deep yard spraying for mosquitos and even added spraying for fleas which is great as our cat is extremely allergic to fleas.
