Casey was awesome

Casey was awesome! I wasn’t home but we were able to communicate through text and phone call. He attended to all needs of our house and yard. He was quick, professional, and thorough with his work, which was much appreciated!

They were good at scheduling

They were good at scheduling. Also the staff was very good at communicating. They showed up on time and gif the scheduled tacks.

I really appreciate the reminder texts…

I really appreciate the reminder texts and the messages from the technician giving a heads up and timing. Being available via text for requests is perfect for days I’m not available to be at the door (either at the office or on a conference call).

Review after 1 year service

When we first started Aptive, we were very satisfied. The guys were attentive and prompt and professional. The last 2 visits from them has left me questioning to continue after the contract is up. Time before last, we got notice they were coming on a specific day and guy didn't show. I had cancelled some things so I could be home to discuss a few things and get some supplies we were out of. Guy showed up next day. Did a good job but was out of supplies we needed. Said he would make note and see we got them. Last service, I was home and explained areas that needed attention and the supplies we had requested. He didn't have them either but did have a something similar we could cut to use for the plug in. This guy seemed really tired and seemed anxious to get job done. He was in and out expediently. I had addressed some specifics and he said he'd take care of it. Didn't do a very good job with spider web removal and the little ants were back around the hummingbird feeder the next day. I'll chalk it up with him having a bad day which we all encounter. It was hit and humid. Rain was coming and the end of the day. I just hope this doesn't continue negatively. Top notch in the beginning. 👍

I like that most of the techs will take pictures as they treat your home and send them to you. It shows they have hit certain areas of your home and builds trust.

Gergo did an excellent job

Gergo did an excellent job. He covered all the places, even killed a wasp with his hand - lol, I was impressed 🤣. He was very pleasant and explained everything he did.

Horrible

Horrible, they keep leaving my gates open and my dogs got lost on numerous occasions. They made no effort in making anything right. I also tried to cancel my account. They pretended they couldn’t and assured me that someone will be taking over my account and calling me back. Never received a call back and called them three times and each time was told they couldn’t do anything for me. That I had to wait.

Eve's review of Aptive Environment

What I remembered was how polite and professional the sales representative was. It was a very hot day but he gave his presentation on the porch with the sun shining on his back. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I was impressed with his knowledge of the composition of the spray. At the time I had a small, bad tempered dog, I was concerned how the spray would affect him once he went outside. The young man assured me with his explanation that it was an all natural spray and would not bother him. I felt better that he took the time to do that in the sun.

There is a different person every time

There is a different person every time. Some techs come and don’t even know what to do. They don’t knock on the door to see if anyone is home. I e seen techs pull in the driveway and not get out to spray. The only tech Chris Redman, comes to the door and ask for our input. He is consistent, professional and does an excellent work. I am very unhappy with the others who have come to spray.
