They do a very good job they let you…

They do a very good job they let you know ahead of time when they’re coming so they can do the inside as well. They clean the spiderwebs, wasp nest all the fleas in my yard are gone. My dog loves them for that. Lol they even send you pictures when they’re done of what they’ve treated they have have been good and respectful so far it’s been almost a year

The tech did a thorough job

The tech did a thorough job. He cleaned all webs in the pool enclosure, sprayed the yard, treated the interior and took the time to explain each step. Great job!

They do a good job the first 2 visits but after that they don’t tell you when they are coming

They do a really good job the first two times they come then they just show up whenever and are here for maybe 10 minutes and if you are not home then you’re out of luck the inside of your house doesn’t get done unless you call them and set up an appointment

The biggest pro I have for them is…

The biggest pro I have for them is their service people. When they come to your house, they're friendly, informative, and speak to you like a person. Unfortunately, that's where it ends.

They have yet to address the ant problem in my house. It's almost like they're purposely wrangling them into my house and then ineffectively eliminating them so they have a reason to stick around. They've sprayed, set up traps, laid down gel, etc. Ineffective.
They reschedule your appointments without telling you and then try to make it up with another inefficient attempt. For the price you're paying, you'd expect better service. You won't get it here.

I keep having to return because the…

I keep having to return because the first trip was not completed during service. Once, they did not knock on the door to do the inside work, even though I received a text with the arrival time. I also have rodent boxes that were skipped. There is a gap in what needs to be done and what is done.

What's the technician shows up they…

Once the technician shows up they will ask you what are your concerns and try to tend to them. Sometimes equipment breaks, we've all had problems, for example on the day of the technician showed up at my house is outdoor pump sprayer had broken so he couldn't do the exterior of my house said he was going to come back the next day, wasn't home the next day so I don't know, did notice that the rat bait outside hasn't been changed, overall they're doing awesome job

I have had this company for about 3-4…

I have had this company for about 3-4 months. They have come and sprayed even when I was not scheduled for a visit. When I went online and made an appt because I had seen some activity, they came and sprayed again. They have lived up to my contract that says they will come whenever I feel I need them, with no extra charge.

Even though they come and spray…

Even though they come and spray outside, I am still getting red carpenter ants in my house, but when I call them to come back, they do come back and they do put extra stuff down. The technicians are amazing and friendly.

Terrible experience, Bad product, Bad service

Short version:
Door to door sales guy assured me of two things:

1. If the service doesn't work I could cancel without issue. -> That was a lie. After several attempts and months of paying they still charged me a $200 cancelation fee.
2. I contracted them especially to get rid of my fire ants in the yard. They promised they could do it if I just gave them a few months. This also was a lie. After 4 months and multiple additional service calls I never had an ant free yard even for a day.

Long version:
After two months I knew the product was not going to work to remove my fire ants. I had huge mounds in my yard days after their treatments. The ants would simply move around. At that point I started trying to cancel, and they kept promising me that they were going to try something different and I just needed to give them more time. They promised me that they would explain my issue to the technician and assign a specific tech to always come to my house so he could learn and adjust my treatment. When the tech came out he explained that no one had contacted him or given him any history about my issues. He also explained that they would never assign a specific tech to an individual house. This is when I gave a negative reveiw and again asked to cancel my service. This is when the operations manager started writing me emails saying they were sorry and would do whatever required to make the situation right. Once I again explained that I simply wanted to cancel my service I never heard from her again. Finally I called them again and after speaking with a "manager" was told that in order to cancel I had to pay the early cancelation fee of $200. I argued that if they had let me cancel when I originally requested it would have saved me at least $200 and therefore I should not now be forced to pay an additional $200. They did not help in any way.

Fire ant control can be challenging and often requires adjustments over time, but it’s clear you did not feel supported or heard as you raised concerns and requested changes.
