Scheduling has been difficult

Once the technician arrives, all is good. I've had several issues with my appointment being moved without my knowledge, and unless I call, I don't get to choose the time range for the appointment. I've asked for the link to schedule my own, but it still has not been sent to me.

The treatments don't seem to be working yet. I seem to still have a fairly large issue with ants.

I had a service done for having mice in…

I had a service done for having mice in the basement. They charged over $300 to add mice traps and promised it will take care of it for 3 month period. It did not work and mice were back again shortly and they refused to follow up or reimburse.

I am not happy with their service

I am not happy with their service. Their system is scheduling the appointments without our approvals. They are showing up and charging for the partial service.

Poor communication

Poor communication, and incapable of resolving the issues at hand. I canceled my account but aptive is still send people to do pest control. The company does not allow customers to cancel their subscription.
