Scott is the worst refused to spray where I asked him and got an attitude with me and my wife now they just keep canceling and rescheduling my service I will not ever use them again

Aptive has been great
Aptive has been great. I got the service cause we had a bad ant and spider problem. After just a couple visits the bugs left and haven’t seen them since. The technicians are always professional, courteous and go the extra mile to make sure we’re taken care of and happy.

Scott was very thorough in his approach to treating the entire yard. I just wish I knew ahead of time when he would be here (time of day) so I could talk to him about a pest invasion we have inside our home. I kew he was coming on Friday, 6 Feb 2026 but not the time of day, and I was not home when he came to treat our yard. We live in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
