Great service!
We always have the best experience with aptive. They are great if you have to reschedule they show work with pictures. Always ask if they need to come in or not instead of saying they are coming in. Have used them for 3-4 years. Great service

Good service, good communication, good results
Logan always remembers the problem spots that are important to me. Logan and Aptive in general are great with communication. I no longer have a raging mouse problem and the wasps and other bugs are gone too.

Beware!!!! STAY AWAY
Definitely do not use. I had them out numerous times and they could not take care of our bug issue. Called in another and in one spray I have not seen another bug since. It’s sad that they spray 5 times and can’t take care of the problem. I called in and the manager stated that they were going to cancel out everything due to the issues and Aptive still tries to charge and come spray. When I signed I was told cancellation was $50.00 and when they called and I explained the service was canceled by a manager they wanted $150.00 to cancel. This company is terrible. Don’t waste your money.
