Feel like I was lied to just to make a sale

When I asked the sales rep about mosquitos and other pests I was told they do it all. We still have mosquitos and a bunch of other bugs to the point we can’t sit outside at night. I feel like I was lied to. The only service seems to be immediately around our house and out buildings. This was not what I wanted. Don’t waste your money.

Timing

The only problem we have with the company is the time window. It's like they can come by anytime between 9am and 5pm on your scheduled day. They should give a smaller window because life happens and things come up. My
husband wanted to show the person who was coming a couple of ant hills so he had to stay up till they came...he is a 3rd shift worker and I couldn't possibly know where the hills were. My suggestion is to have a smaller time frame like 9am to noon or noon to 3. Otherwise we really like the work they have done both in and outside our home.

Came on time

Came on time. Explained procedure. Told us inside was not needed this time which we thought was very honest. Did outside perimeter. All we expected was done. Good job.

Courteous service techs

5 Stars - All of our techs have been very nice and courteous over the years that we have had Aptive. Cortaja was the latest tech to service our home, she was great...wish she would be our tech every time. Although they all have been good.

No bugs here, not even wasps.

Since starting the service, not sure how long ago, we've seen no intruders around the house. Not only do they dust or spray, depending on the season, they clear any cob webs around the overhangs & lights, very thorough. The best part, if you have a problem with pests, they are quick to come out & reapply, no charge. They will not disturb bees, however, hornets & wasps, Aptive will spray & clear the hive.

Absolutely a never again for us

(A review of our year. Final service was July 3)
Absolutely a never again for us. Told many different things. Many services missed by various techs. One example I asked one if the bait traps were empty. He informed we didn’t have any… (this is eight months into our contract.) I sent pictures. He informed me he would be back the next day to service them. IF he had done the services we paid for he would never have missed them.
Scheduling issues where the notification of an appointment. No one would show up. Then they would a few days later with no notice only to receive a notification of another scheduled appointment for a few days later to which no one would show. No straight answers from anyone.
We will find another service if we deem necessary but it won’t be Aptive.

Hi Aptive Team
Jerry McKnight was my technician on this visit. When Jerry arrived we discussed the treatment and areas of concern. The visit was after a storm and I had a lot of small branches in my yard. Jerry asked if the city picked up branches from the curb. I explained they did not and we were required to take them to the dump. I went back to work while Jerry did my treatment. When I got out of my meeting Jerry had finished. As I looked out my window, I noticed that all the branches were gone. Jerry had picked them up and put them in my trailer. WOW, that is what I call going the extra mile.
On a side note, I was visited by another vendor about a week later wanting my service. Because of Jerry’s actions on my last visit, it was the easiest decision ever to say no thank you, we are set and not interested in switching.
