I've been using Aptive for some time now. I usually get a new technician every visit. This time I believe his name was Jamar. He was very polite and did everything I asked him to do with our yard.

I could do the same job myself for free
The last time someone came to my house they didn’t even come to the door to let anyone know they were there.He sprayed outside and left , he was there very long because I got a text saying he was 30-60 minutes out right before 4pm, I got home at 4:20 and he was nowhere in sight.
