Knowledgeable and helpful!

They text me when they are coming. They spray all areas that I ask them to inside and outside of my home. They identify bugs for me and let me know if there is a plant or brush pile that needs cleaned up to help get rid of the bug. They have been very knowledgeable and helpful!

Not keeping up with schedules and appointments. Very poor treatment and not getting into all areas as requested.

Inside not treated.

The outside was completed but the inside was not. This scheduled appointment was meant to primarily treat the inside of the home. I even left notes with the agent before scheduling the appointment to treat the inside.

We have had roach treatment 4 times and…

We have had roach treatment 4 times and we seem to be feeding them as there are more each time. I may have to try another company and read their reviews, it's not the Techs fault, whatever spray they are using doesn't seem to work.

Terrible Company

You can't actually talk to anyone; you are answered by a call center that sounds like it's in India. Terrible customer service. The technicians are the only ones worth a dime in that company. Their product sucks and leaves your house sticky.

Aptive is the BEST pest control service…

Aptive is the BEST pest control service I’ve ever used. Not only are they professional…there service works! They got rid of our German roaches that 2 other services failed at.

Customer service non-existent after you…

Customer service non-existent after you sign up. Given incorrect information regarding "contract" (ie I was told there was no contract and could cancel any time), but when I went to cancel, there is no way to do so, and the contract that I "signed" was virtually created after being told something completely different. My fault for trusting the salesman and not insisting to see what I was signing.

They get the job done

They are VERY big on surveys and will someday realize how annoying that is to the customer. The work was done on the scheduled day. The technician asked about bug issues and followed through with the information. I guess I’m supposed to get all excited about pest control and jump up and down over this mundane experience.

Finally

I want to say when the tech did arrive he did a great job of informing me of what he was doing. He deserves 5 stars. As for Aptive CS as a whole I give 3 stars because if was painful getting my service completed. I had to call twice to get my service scheduled. I got an email telling me the Aptive was coming on the 14th of Oct. When they did not show I found it was rescheduled for the 28th with out notification. I called an it was rescheduled for the 15th between 8-12. At 12:20 I called letting them know the tech had not come. The CS said she would contact the tech. I was then texted by a tech letting me know he was going to come. This was just the 3rd visit by Aptive, and I do hope this does not become a normal practice.

Always a good experience dealing with Aptive!

Dealing with Aptive Pest Control is always a pleasure. I am informed on the treatment date and notified when the operator is near my location. I receive photos of the areas treated if I am not home and have had good correspondence and results.

He didn’t get to my house till after…

He didn’t get to my house till after 6:00pm. It’s bad enough to wait 8 till 5, but after 5:00 if outrageous!
Customers in Swansboro need more flexible times!
