Since I have very little experience…

Since I have very little experience with this type of service..I don't have anything to compare it to. I did have to call them back for something that wasn't done, but they were prompt to fix the issue . We still have bugs, spiders that come back, but maybe that's to be expected.

Great over all

Great over all , but missed a few spider webs I wish were taken down. However spiders getting into house greatly decreased.

I called for moth flies

I called for moth flies , but we never got any moth fly traps and they said they don't know when they would get them in stock

The Aptive difference thus far

They got my business because of their creative hard sell; they'll keep it based on their customer rapport. The communication I have with my technician, Chris, is at a high level. He shows up when he says and he does what's best for my property. I'm impressed thus far.

Jayden an Asset to Aptive!!!

Jayden completed every request! He was experienced, positive and efficient!
For example when I shared noticing specific pests, Jayden adjusted products used to handle them and shortly after treatment, there were 8-10 crickets dead, no longer living in my basement.
FYI: Winston Salem wasn't in the location list below.

I had a rodent enter my house. Was forced to get another agency to inspect and tell me there was evidence of rodents in my attic.

Don’t listen to Instructions!!

I was charged for a service that I canceled and it was renegotiated for seventy dollars ($70) and I was still charged eighty-nine dollars ($89) plus the seventy dollars ($70). Then I had technicians tell me that the outside treatments wouldn’t work when we had a lot of rain and so I asked for a treatment to be rescheduled because we were supposed to get a lot of rain and we did, only to have technician show up after I got a message that appointment wouldn’t be rescheduled. Still have lots of mosquitoes because apparently rain is washing away treatment. I’m tired of not being listened to and am getting ready to drop this company!

NOT RELIABLE NOR EFFECTIVE....

I signed up on 6/21/25, got a spraying on same day, days later, needed to call for an "in-between" service. Could not see any improvement. They came out and sprayed again but still no improvement. They don't send a reminder of upcoming service. I was not at home when they came last time. I have inside and outside service. So, when I'm not home, they could only do the outside. They don't communicate very well. I'm not getting what I paid for! Will probably cancel this service!!!
