They are a scam

They are a scam. STAY AWAY from this company. They will no call, no show multiple times after confirming an appointment and charge you either way. They will change your schedule with no communication, they will make their own appointments and you will only find out the day of being notified they are scheduled to meet with you. They have 0 customer service just a robot or an out of touch corporate office. There is no customer representative. There is no operations manager, just marketing and sales teams. Their guys who come out and spray say they have a policy that requires the homeowner to be home is bs: They have shown up out of the blue on 3 seperate occasions on a Weekday while nobody is home, even when i had set my availability to weekends with their corporate office and my profile online. I have tried to contact corporate and asked to speak with their ops manager but i have had nothing but miscommunication, false claims/promises and 0 management contacting me on their behalf of messing up. Still to this day they try to charge me for an account I have already called to have cancel on recorded line, making it well known I would not be paying them to just screw off the agreement I had signed, the availability i gave them, and their lack of service they provided. They showed up to my house after i told them they are not allowed on the property. They deliberately sprayed only 1/3 of my house even after all of this just to charge an account I canceled over 2 month ago. APTIVE PEST CONTROL BLOWS.

Overall the company is responsive to…

Overall the company is responsive to services I need. The most recent service was rescheduled 3 times. I like to be home when they are here. That makes me question the reliability of continuity of service. The technicians seem knowledgeable and communicated well with me

They don’t communicate about scheduling well. I was given an entire day when the provider would show up and he didn’t show up until 7:30pm. It’s very inconsiderate of your time and then the bug issue exacerbated after they spray

Great Service!!!

I've been using Aptive for many years. All of the technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They communication with the techs is always great. They ask about areas of concern before each service and always provide an estimated time of arrival. Christopher Jackson was really helpful on my last treatment.

The Best Pest Control Service

So far, I've had a great experience with Aptive Pest Control. They are friendly, their price is competitive and their product really seems to work. I've not seen a bug or spider of any type since we started using them. Plus, the product they use inside the house is non-toxic and leaves no odor behind. We don't need to evacuate the house for any amount of time... their presence is very non-intrusive & doesn't interrupt our household plans. They treat both the inside of the house, the outside perimeter, the yard and the garage. The best part is their guarantee - after treatment, if you see any insect at all, they come back out and spray again for free. We have a monthly plan for the summer, & we can schedule treatments online, which makes it very convenient. They also send you reminders about your upcoming appointments, which is great for me because I'm incredibly forgetful You dont have to do the monthly plan though, they have options like bi-monthly and I believe tri-monthly - paying for treatment basically 4 times a year or once every 3 months.

The gentleman who arrived was very…

The gentleman who arrived was very courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. He also modified my treatment plan to where it should have been, thus saving me money.
The only problem I have with Aptive is that we work at times all over the clock, but Aptive schedules at their convey, not ours, and gives only one day notice of when they will arrive. Their website gives one phone number to call, but you talk to a computer voice; you cannot talk to a human. That’s not acceptable.

This will be my second time to tell…

This will be my second time to tell you:
Nearly two weeks ago, I asked for a retreatment, especially the Inside, as I continually find cobwebs along the baseboards, windowsills, etc.
Aptive told me that they were sending a technician out on a Friday sometime between 8 AM and 5 PM. So, I took off work so that I would be here to let the technician inside my house. When he arrived at 3:30 PM, he didn’t seem to know what I needed. He asked me and I told him the inside. That I was having flies, some roaches, and lots of spiders. He said he couldn’t spray on the inside; that all he could do was the outside. So that that’s what he did.
My indoor problems are no better. The last two days I have killed a large roach on my stove burner and in my pantry. All of my windowsills have little cobwebs in them even though I just cleaned them out two days ago. You guys sent me a questionnaire after this re-treatment, so I told you how unhappy I was. I told you that I needed something done very soon to remedy this or I was not going to continue with you. Nothing happened. You’re so great to send out all these emails and questionnaires, but does anyone read them? I know they don’t respond to them! I think I can treat my inside better than you guys. At least I’ll show up.

I was not at home

I was not at home, at the time. My daughter spoke to the technician about ants coming through the shower drain in her room. The technician treated the outside area of the house where they might be coming in. He was very polite and friendly. She said he did a great job.
