It's ok...but expensive
The guys that spray are hit or miss, some do a great job & cover everything ... some barely do anything & it feels like I was ripped off sometimes.

Service is not being effective at my location/house
I don't consider them a good service provider. It was more effective in the past. I have been a customer for years. Outdoors, my pool fills with ants and other bugs weekly. Indoors, even after several services mentioning I have ant problems and recently roaches, their treatment is only spraying (including my kitchen balcony, which I am not sure is safe) around the places where I saw them. I have not been effective. I keep seeing several bugs inside and outside the house. I am considering changing to another service provider.

I love the staff who's come to my house to help me with pest control. The last two times it's been the same people, and they've been super professional. What I don't like is that they don't send me any emails.So I haven't been home the other times, and I've been using help in my backyard and inside the house. regular monthly spraying is done without me even noticing -- except for the little sign in the front yard. All insects have been staying outside. This is great.

The company keeps coming back over and over, but sends different people every time; is not solving the problem, or discussing with me and offering any other solutions
I wake open the morning and walk out and there's abt 40 bugs around to deal with
When I haven't even had my coffee yet! They just send people who come and go( don't really care) &I continue to pay

It has been happening for quite some time now. It used to be a great service all the time but these past few months it has been very bad not only the technicians but customer service as well
