Hornets Nest Removal
Kendall did exactly what he came to do. He removed a large hornets nest. Aptive should provide workers with a better foam spray. I ran to Home Depot and bought the foaming spray for Kendall. It was safer for him to use.

The original appointment was scheduled…A MISSED Appointment
The original appointment was scheduled April 7; when NO ONE came, it was rescheduled. On the day of the second appointment, the technician knocked ONCE on the front door frame. My husband did not answer the door, mistaking it for noise from a neighbor's house. There NOT a second knock, and NO USE OF THE FRONT DOOR BELL. The technician left WITHOUT giving service.
