Well-It didn't go all that well
Well-It didn't go all that well. I called to see about aerating my lawn this fall and was told there was a promo going on. I said sign me up and schedule for fall because I did not want to stop mowing my lawn for 2 weeks because it grows like crazy right now. I also asked them to give me a "heads-up" so I could mow before they came to apply. The next day when I was out-of-town I received a "canned" notice from your company. It stated they were coming the next day to aerate. I missed the call.....
So when I came home I already had notice that it had been done. I called to ask why and what I needed to do as follow-up and was told not to cut my lawn for 4-8 weeks by the person handling the phone call. I also could see the "tracks" left by the the applicator and it looked like most of the front lawn looked like it was missed as there were only 2 tracks I could see(I hope I missed something).
Overall it was a very poor customer experience.

I believe I am now on year 3 of using Aptive. It all started with one of their associates working in my area. He described the process, the price seemed reasonable and I was having a dreadful time with centipedes. After the third treatment my problem was solved. Aptive has built a wonderful business culture. The techs who arrive know exactly what my
Original problem was. All techs are professional yet personal. Even the management is responsive to any questions I might have. Aptive is an excellent service and all employees seem to be on the same page.

Your salesman told us that they would get rid of the spiders,ant, and other insects and he told us they could can get rid of the moles in my yard but its the total opposite we have move insects and moles then we every had I don't know what they are spraying but its not working so I would like a refund of all moneys we have paid immediately

$191 per Service. Literally at my home for four minutes an application. Pests destroying my garden and they tell me they can come out in a week to see. Kick rocks aptiv.

My main reason for using this service…
My main reason for using this service is because of mosquitoes. And to this point the treatments have not been effective. I keep being told it takes several treatments to get rid of them completely. So I’m going to give it a few more treatments and if they do not get better then I’ll cancel and find another company.
