It appears that he had just what we needed.
Came early in the morning so we didn't have to wait around all day. He saw what was going on with ants inside the house. He had some bait and did the ants go after it. The next day not nearly as many ants.

Great experience but occasional scheduling issues
Techs are always friendly, professional, and responsive. I’ve had issues with corporate automatically and somewhat aggressively scheduling treatments in addition to what I had originally signed up for. Or, techs showing up in the morning when I had scheduled them for the afternoon. While very frustrating, Aptive has always addressed the issues appropriately and at no additional cost. I plan to stay with the company for now.

James gives the very best customer service
James gives the very best customer. He patiently helps and listens to all of my pesty questions..
Also, one of my neighbors was at my house while James was here and as we were talking he mentioned that since we were friends he could 'up with a great discount with the "friends and family" plan.
I love that he texts every visit, before and after. I am aware of everything that is going on. Thank you!!!
