The tech was here for 5-6 minutes tops

The tech was here for 5-6 minutes tops. My husband looked in the cameras and asked me how much we pay for this. Bugs were flying all around my back door the same night.

They didn't even come out this time!

They didn't even come out this time! I was home. Now they are billing me for a service call they didn't do. They send an email sometimes saying they are coming out on this date. Know schedule time of day. So, I can't be home to let them in. then they say they serviced you, but they don't know what service you want because they haven't talked to you. So, you get half-assed service. No inside service! I have siders in my basement And then they bill you for it! Not happy at all.

Technician was excellent

The service technician did a great job and made sure I was totally satisfied. I deducted a star because no time period was set for my service. As I did not want to sit home all day waiting, I called my local office and was told he should probably arrive between 1:00 and 2:00 and I could go out in the am to do my errands. He came about 10:45 (luckily he called at 10:00 to say he’d be coming so I hadn’t left the house yet. The office should be in better contact with the workers.

The service call was specifically to…

The service call was specifically to treat the inside of the house, which a previous tech said was not covered. This tech showed up and said their indoor sprayer was broken and could not do the inside service.

Useful information about pest control.only thing they come too often for controlling best coverage during the winter months ,most bugs are not active then.

Very helpful thorough tech!

He was very detailed inside and outside. He took the time to spray in different areas. Took an extended time outside to check to see what is happening outside my house. Due to changing weather. I greatly appreciate it. Always friendly and kind. Listens to my concerns and gives advice. Great job thank you so much! I had an ant issue and so far it’s not a problem anymore.
