Don’t care for the pressure tactics for signing up for services. Requires a 2 year commitment unless you’re a senior citizen, lots of legalese, pages of detailed disclosures. Very off putting. Employees are over worked and should have more protection from chemical exposure than is provided.

I don't know if they even show up
The company doesn't give you a time frame but only the day that they will be coming. They also do not let you know when they arrive or ask if you if anything needed special attention. They need to do better or we will end our service period.

Return visit to eradicate ants
Our technician made a return visit to help with an inundation of ants. He made sure to re-address the ant problem that re-occurred after a visit several weeks ago. He was very professional and used three techniques to address the problem.

Since we have started using Aptive we have seen less spider webs, no ants in the house. The techs ask us relevant questions and listen to us.

This is the 2nd review-how many do you need?
This is the 2nd review & am confused to how many I have to submit? I need a time frame that my service will be done so I can open back gate and I would also like to go over areas I would like sprayed. This last service there where 2 areas am not confident got done? I also not happy that I get charged monthly even when NO service has been completed.

Our services are scheduled within set time frames, and we’re always happy to work with you so you can open the back gate ahead of time and walk through the specific areas you want treated. As for the concerns about areas possibly being missed during your last service, thank you for pointing that out. I’ll have your account reviewed so we can make sure everything that should be treated is treated. And regarding billing, we only want you to feel confident in the value of your plan, so we’ll take a closer look at your account to make sure everything lines up the way it should.

During the past 17 months of an 18…
During the past 17 months of an 18 month contract your field service technicians have not performed their tasks in a consistent manner. All the technicians, except 2, have left spider webs, miminal spraying, stating that certain areas can not be sprayed,etc. Depending upon who shows up, I get a different answer to my questions. I have called the customer service number and consistently told that the next technician will be better. Of course that never happened except on 2 occasions. I am not interested in renewing the contract when it expires on 1/29/26. Horrible experience with this company even after expressing the poor service received.
